Breakfast was very good. Used parking service while on a cruise. Very reasonable. Was very satisfied.

The genuine warmth and kindness of the staff, who seem to work as a team, by the way. if you want comfort, cleanliness, and friendly staff, check them out. Absolutely special mention of Celeste and Rhonda! I was in a particularly difficult situation at the check-in counter. Celeste saw through it all. With kindness, she asked: "would you like some water?" Then, she, with the help of her supervisor, Rhonda, resolved my issue and sent me on my way smiling. I think my blood pressure was stabilized just with Celeste's smile and her kindness. Big up to you guys at SpringHill Suites!! Oh, did I say that the bed and pillows are very comfortable? Visit them. I plan to the next time I am in the area. See you there!

There should be an in-house restaurant, although the absence of one did not hinder me from receiving meals via direct order to third parties. An in-house restaurant is a "chill spot" on-site, somewhere to sit and eat and mingle at the bar. I would have loved to buy Celeste and Rhonda a drink, maybe a girlie cocktail. :-)

Very less options for vegetarian breakfast, Rude, impolite and mannerless cleaning staff at the breakfast area.

Grande chambre, bien équipée et confortable. Navette gratuite pour se rendre à l'aéroport. Petit-déjeuner copieux inclus. Pas de bruit d'avions malgré la proximité de l'aéroport.

No estaba claro el servicio de shuttle. llegamos a las 23.30 y hasta la 1.30 no llegamos al hotel. El día antes escribí varias veces preguntando por el shuttle del aeropuerto al hotel y nunca me contesrtaron. Éramos 4 y nos tuvimos que hacer la cama de los niños en el sofá cama. Ni siquiera la dejaron preparada.

The hotel was not good at all. the hotel smell like moles. I I got sick from the smell. It was stuffy.

The location was fine it was just 15 min from the event we attended

I didn’t appreciate the fact that I had to pay $17.00 a day for parking at a hotel that I was already paying to stay. I did not like that at all.

La colazione è molto fornita e la posizione è comoda vicino all’aeroporto di Newark ma la pulizia è la grandezza della camera lasciano a desiderare. Per un soggiorno di una giornata in transito va bene ma non ci sarei stata più a lungo

Waiting at the reception. No clear information The worst was the breakfast. It was good for homeless. No restaurant and we have to order for delivery. Food from restaurant was also bad and hidden costs. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very close to Newark Airport. Shuttles were on time and made it very easy to get to the airport.

The vicinity to the airport and airport shuttle were nice. The staff was friendly and the room was roomy and clean. The breakfast was okay/good, but not as nice as shown in some of the pictures here.

It was a bit outdated. The furniture was clean, but had permanent stains which just isn’t the greatest look. The pool was cloudy due to too many chemicals or the wrong ratio of them and it made us not want to dip in. The hotel offered parking, but at a cost.

I like the room and the fact that they have shuttle available.

The staffs are not welcoming. Maybe they’re used to see people, and they don’t care anymore. For someone who lived in Florida hospitality is a big deal. The driver who took us from the airport and to the airport on our departure was so rude. we didn’t know we should give him money until my son said it might be why because people were giving him money. The first driver was super nice! Concierge was cold. It was okay not wow!

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Quiet hotel. Close to airport and shuttle on time. Coffee available in lobby.

Coffee pot in room is good but I like to have lots of cream with my coffee so a few real creamers with the coffee supplies would be nice.

The toilet paper here was amazing. I am actually taking the time to write this review and say this because usually hotels use cheapy thin toilet paper that disappears (not sure where it goes!) when you wipe but the toilet paper here was name brand high-quality, soft and thick paper! Its the small things!

I am a larger sized person (Think big and tall or Big lots) but with that being said toilet seat was a little bit small and low for me! Had a little bit of trouble positioning for the landing as well as standing back up. But the toilet paper made up for that !

Room was larger and cleaner than expected, and separated bathroom, convenient to airport.

El desayuno se veía bueno, aunque no lo probé porque comenzaba a las 6 am y tenía que salir para el aeropuerto a esa hora. Muy cómodo el cuarto. La cama era muy agradable.

El lavamanos esta fuera del baño. Es muy bonito pero poco práctico. No había soportes para colgar las toallas.
