We spent the Holy Week at Beatriz’ apartment and it was amazing! It was clean, well situated in town - super close to the plaza Mayor and many other great amenities within Salamanca. Beatriz was super helpful and willing to go out of her way - even when we locked ourselves out of the apartment at 9 PM!! We will always reach out to her when we visit Salamanca again.

The house is exactly as pictured! We had everything we needed for our stay and Beatriz was very helpful when we were looking for things in town. We were the perfect distance to all things in Salamanca. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We loved staying here. Beatriz greeted us warmly and explained all the conveniences in the apartment that were available to us at our disposal. This apartment was stupendous. It felt like a real home during our stay in Salamanca. I loved the view from the living room to the lively city outside, with so many shops, beauty salons, bakeries, restaurants, a parking garage across the street... So convenient, I would live there permanently! The old town with all the interesting attractions are a short stroll away, like Plaza Mayor, all the shops, and the University of Salamanca, the cathedral, and so much to see! All within walking distance to this fantastic and welcoming home away from home. I recommend this stay to anyone. Perfect for a family, as it has two comfortable rooms, all with new furnishings. You will enjoy staying here. We loved it.

This apartment keeps you pinching yourself. Lovely decor as well as comfortable, easily accommodated two with room left over for extra guests, and the best surprise, a two minute walk puts one inside the area of the medieval buildings and their architectural charm. The rate belies its top quality. Most attentive hostess.

LOVED this classic Spanish apartment! It has plenty of space to make your stay comfortable plus a fantastic location with a very short walk to the amazing Old Town. Beatriz is a wonderful hostess despite our lack of Spanish skills and her limited English skills! None the less we were able to work out all the details for apartment location and parking. Definitely recommend renting from her if you want a beautiful, clean, classic and quiet apartment in Salamanca!

Everything was as described and the owner was very attentive. The only issue we had was the google maps link from VRBO took us to another location and we had to contact the owner to find the correct location which was only a few blocks away but I dont think this was a fault of the owner. The apartment was ideal for our stay.

Great location, with a sort walk to Centro square. Lots of shops and resteraunts. Parking is quite difficult to find unless you pay across the street. So luggage load/unload is not convenient. Once that's out of the way Everything was good. Really could have used air conditioning. It's really hot in Salamanca, 35 to 39 celcius so just a fan is not really enough to cool things in the apt. Kitchen was small but worked fine. Laundry was a plus as we were on a long haul trip. Overall we liked it and would stay again. Maybe when it was not as hot. Cheers.

Of all the VRBOs we have stayed in the last month, this beautiful flat is Salamanca was THE BEST! Immaculate clean, convenient to everything, highly walkable, safe and secure, good space and light, and so many little things to make us feel at home (coffee, tea, laundry soap). And Beatriz and Julio were amazing! Generous, kind and hospitable. :-)

This apartment felt completely like I was staying "at home" in the center of Salamanca within easy walks of the Historic district and access to the more urban centers and stores, and the elegant wood furniture and glass surfaces felt especially charming to me. The hosts provided nice features that are harder for travelers like me to obtain so that I could use the laundry, coffee and cooking. For example, the kitchen had some coffee pods, some oil and vinegar and basic spices and all of the tools needed to prepare full meals, and the home provided soap for the laundry which not every vrbo do... The host greeted me and welcomed me nicely and I was able to enjoy almost 4 days of rest, exploration, and productivity in Salamanca. Though I was traveling alone this time, I would contact Beatriz again if I return with my family. It was a wonderful stay!

It was wonderful to stay at Beatriz’s apartment. It was extreme comfortable and clean and very convenient to the old town, just a few minutes’ walk away. Beatriz was so helpful in answering any questions we had during our stay and met us when we arrived, explaining everything about the apartment. Thank you so much Beatriz!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were walking distance to all the beautiful sites of Salamanca and there is a taxi stand across the street for the short trip to the train station. Check in was easy and Beatriz answered any questions quickly. Loved our stay and would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Salamanca.

Beatriz met us at the property and explained everything. It was a nice quiet neighborhood close to everything! Beatriz provided special decorations and gifts of “cava” and chocolates to recognize that we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! Would love to stay here again! Thank you Beatriz!

We regret that we only had 2 nights in this exceptional property. The VRBO listing is very accurate. The property is in an excellent location with easy walking access to many of the great sights of Salamanca. We would not hesitate to book this apartment again.

We enjoyed staying at this property! The apartment had a great and spacious living and dining room and incredible location. Right next to Plaza Mayor. Kitchen was smaller than expected, but functional!

Siamo stati proprio bene in questo bell'appartamento, non si può chiedere di più: grande, comodo e situato in un'ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. La signora Beatriz è gentilissima e disponibile, ottima esperienza. Abbiamo apprezzato in modo particolare la sala: la vista sulla via, l'angolo lettura con le due poltrone e la grande tavola per pranzare, uno spazio ben arredato e ben distribuito.

Super appartement : grand, confortable, bien agencé et bien équipé, très calme malgré son emplacement le long d'une avenue (la chambre est bien en retrait par rapport à la rue, on n'entend aucun bruit de circulation). Il est également très bien placé : 25 min à pied de la gare, 10 min de la Plaza Mayor, deux supermarchés à moins de 5 minutes, et nombreux commerces à proximité (dont une churreria pile en face !) Beatriz nous a accueillis très chaleureusement et a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos messages. Bref, nous sommes enchantés et recommandons cette location sans hésiter ! This is one of the best properties we’ve stayed in (and we regularly stay in Homeaway properties!) Flat was just as described in the listing and perfectly situated to explore the historic centre or Salamanca. Beatriz was so helpful and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Well equipped apartment, spotlessly clean in a brilliant location, 5 mins walk from Plaza mayor. It’s on a main road but no noise heard in the apartment.. Beatriz is lovely & met us at the apartment. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well-located apartment, got to know Salamanca and all it has to offer and soaked in all of the special pageantry of Easter week. We liked the tree-lined street, nearby taxi and bus transportation, and especially enjoyed the comfortable, very clean and well-furnished living areas of the apartment. Bedrooms and kitchen are typically cozy. From our convenient base in Salamanca, we also made train and car trips to Madrid and southern Spain including Alhambra, the southern coast, Arcos de la Frontera, Gibraltar and Sevilla.

Such a lovely welcome from Beatriz, thank you. Great value for money. Spacious, well appointed, centrally located flat. Traditional decor and furnishings - very comfortable for two people. We had a great time in Salamanca. Recommend Vinodiario, la Hoja 21 and Corte e Cata for lunch. Be sure to book in advance though!

This apartment was perfect for us to spend some time with our daughter while she is studying in Salamanca. The living room is quite spacious and nice for the 4 of us when all together. The bedrooms are a perfect size with nice closets. Beatriz was so kind and we loved the coffee and milk (and sugar!) she left for us so we could have our 'American coffee' in the morning. Location was great!

Salamanca is a wonderful town, Art Nouveau museum superb, great menu de dia at Corte & Cata.

This is a beautiful apartment located within walking distance of the university, cathedral and Plaza mayor. One of my favorite cities! There is a supermercado within walking distance. NOTE: this unit does not have AC and may be uncomfortable in the summer months. Located on a busy street so plenty of road noise if windows are left open for ventilation.

We were delighted to find the flat immaculately clean and within walking minutes of the Plaza Mayor. Beatriz was extremely welcoming and helpful. Despite being situated opposite a private hospital across the road and along an avenue, we were astonished to be able to have very quiet evenings and nights. There is a taxi rank and bus stop just across the road if you don't feel like walking places anymore. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend to small families or couples in need of a base in Salamanca. Just as it is described and true to photos.

We stayed 5 nights in this well situated apartment on the edge of the historic centre. The lounge dining area was spacious and well furnished. The main bedroom at the rear was also large and with plenty of storage space. The second bedroom is probably best suited to children but would be adequate for adults on a very short stay.The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of storage space and all required utensils and equipment. It is on the petite side and is almost impossible for two people to work in. Beatriz was very welcoming and had also provided some welcome goodies, fruit juice etc. There are several supermarkets within very easy reach plus local butcher, fishmonger, veg shop, bakery etc. Strongly recommended and we would definitely stay again if in the area.

Centrally located with restaurants and supermarket very close by. Well equipped apartment with nice furnishings and friendly helpful owners. Parking garage across the street but a hassle to get into with all the one-way streets. Glad to leave the car there and walk through the old town to see the sights.
