There should be more than 1 trash can in the room. There should be one under the sink.

A little upset that I booked 2 queen and since they were over booked they gave us a king with a pull out coach. Refrigerator was broken when I called the first desk 2 times waited 45 minutes for Someone to called back. They never did. I called them back and said fridge is their prob i will deal with my warm water. They said sorry they were busy. I walk downstairs to go get food and the front desk staff were taken Selfies. So busy they had time to take selfies. Also we asked for complimentary razors and shaving cream and they didn’t have any

Had a great time did not use anything within the facility. Everything was done outside the facility bars, and restaurants and shopping.

This was the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed at, Breakfast was good as well. no complaints!

Even though the staff was behind on getting rooms ready for check ins, they made sure we had a clean room ready for our 30 minutes before needing to head to our even. SO friendly and kind. I went ahead and booked another stay

We stayed here overnight for one of my children's sporting events the next day and were extremely happy with the stay. The hotel was easy to get to - directly off the interstate, close proximity to gas stations/quick food as well as the venue for the competition. The hotel itself was very clean, the free breakfast was great with many different options. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, helpful, friendly. It was too chilly yet for the pool but it looked nice, clean, well-maintained. I'd prioritize staying at this hotel again in our travels and especially for kids sports- I was traveling alone - mom with kids- it was safe, easy and convenient. We stay in hotels often for kids sport travel and while nearly all hotels say they are "smoke free"- this is the first one we've stayed at that we did not encounter smoke anywhere inside.

Friendly, helpful staff. Location close to I-64 interchange. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Greats breakfast. Reasonable price.

Breakfast was very good. Always seemed to have plenty of food out at all times.

I got a terrible chest and head cold due to the ac blowing all the time. Also the toilet needed to be an elongated model. Sorta cramped with the round toilet.

The policies really made me happy “no parties” I really has a sigh of relief knowing that my personal time way from home was going to be quiet. My room upon entry was spotless I had no complaints whatsoever. The courtesy soap, shampoo, and conditioner (yes conditioner) were Dove products. -inserts heavenly sigh-. The breakfast was decent the automatic pancake machine is a thing of wonders. TRY THEM OUT! You will not be disappointed!

there weren’t sufficient towels for the number of people on my reservation. Twice during my 4 night stay I had to ask for additional towels.

Super clean. Comfy beds. Staff very nice and helpful.

The location was perfect as I was there for medical reasons. Miles was such a professional friendly young man.

Clean room but not as nice as other holiday inns that I stayed at.

I wished I had stayed on Virginia Beach for a lot less money
