Location: Near the heart of South Beach, but not in the noisiest area. Management: Went out of their way to accommodate me.

Noisy, though not hotel's fault. There are several street people with loud , penetrating voices living in an alley near hotel. Police can do little but warn them. Apparently, they have rights which make it difficult to move them. Management is aware of situation and does there best to deal with it.

Really nice and kind staff. Very service minded. Location is great, one block from the promenade.

The beds for two ppl in the three-bedroom apartment were not wide enough. The AC is extremely noisy and not very efficient. There is a strong smell of cleaning agents in the hallway at all times. Are they covering up for something? Worn down. Shower and bathtub fneeded a deep cleaning. I would not go back with the family.

they really know how to misrepresent and lie about the hotel.

deceit, false claims and photos. amenities include beach chairs and room safe as listed on Booking.com and hotel web sites. deceit- they have no beach chairs so we had to rent them at $43 for 2 on the beach which totaled $214 for our 5 day stay. the room safe did not work. when we questioned manager he says they don’t work in the hotel. photos on Booking.com of a dining room that does not exist and a porch that has been closed for construction for what looks like years. i believe that most of the building is a rooming house vagrant’s. we couldn’t take the abuse anymore and left the 4th day.

the best location, everything what you need is near by, CVS almost next door, main strip, South beach in very short walking distance, comfortable bed, large room, plenty toilets amenities, towels change, very friendly staff

homeless people living under the windows are sometimes very laud - room 7, noisier AC, older equipment

It was infested with insects. there was a dank odor in the entire building and our room smelled like dog and smoke. It was too expensive for the quality that was provided. The breakfast that was included was not healthy, only sweet processed and packaged food. I didn’t feel safe. There were too many people who did not seem to be guests lingering around the front door and the reception area.

hotel room was smaller than I expected even though it is downtown in an expensive place; the room was not clean bed stand was broken; window was broken and I could not close room air conditioner was too noisy and could not sleep well a step in a stair case is too tall and my son and myself fell down informed a staff member about the step; but I was ignored rudely

The "continental breakfast" and the noise. The windows should be upgrade to real soundproof.

I like how Ricky has tread us. I think he is good as a manager. He keep the places clean.
