The gathering area was nice, although it could use a dusting. Breakfast was great! The bacon was perfectly crispy.

The pool was out of service when we got there. Had I known, we would have stayed elsewhere. The room I was in needed to have the toilet flapper replaced. We had to take the lid off the tank and manually lift the plug to flush the toilet. The rooms had old peeling, soiled wallpaper. The second room I booked had a sour-laundry smell and needed to be vacuumed.

one of the queen beds was very noisy and the mattress was terrible! when I moved in the bed it made a lot of noise plus it was like trying to sleep on a slip. I had to sleep on the other side of the bed away from the lamp area and end table which was not convenient for me since I have to drink water during the night. Another problem was the bath tub was slippery and I’m 74 years young. I went to the Dollar General and bought a shower mat for $7.50. We really enjoyed the pool. This was our 3rd stay there and the hot tub has never been working.

There was a bunch of kids above our room running and stomping so badly it kept waking our 11 month consulted the front desk and was told they would call them but nothing ever stopped. We ended up getting a room change the next night. But when i was going downstairs there was a worker showing a king suite to an older could who asked how much the room would be the worker said it was 140 but she could get them down to 115 if they wanted to take the room. I was quite annoyed by that because i had just spent 140 to stay there for 2 separate days the first being a horrible experience and Noone could discount my stay whatsoever. It didn't matter to anyone that our stay was disturbed in many ways. I also ran out of gas with my 11 month in the car and my boyfriend in the room and called the hotel literally 50 times and not a single person could answer the phones. It would ring and ring and then hang up on me and I'd try again for nothing to happen. It was sad that this was such an awful time. I like your hotels but may never stay at one again for these reasons

we booked property because of indoor pool but we got there and pool was closed.

Breakfast had some good choices available and the staff was always helpful and friendly.

Had to evacuate for a fire and this was handle ok but we did not return as we had to take our young children somewhere warm.
