i stayed here once before when they were in the middle of construction and it was already nice. now, with the pool, the breakfast, and the upkeep it's still very much the best value in that area. very comfortable sized rooms, well furnished and clean.

there isn't anything i can't like about this place !

Best hotel price quality ratio in South Florida. Located at the Beachfront, there are also two swimming pools surrounded by fifty year old Australian pines and many plants. Spacious and comfortable rooms, some with fully equipped kitchens. Excellent breakfast. Family business run by its owners: very kind people, you will feel at home. Close to Sunrise Boulevard (Shopping Mall area) and Las Olas (Nightlife zone). August 2022 was my first time and it won’t be the last!

The location, room and staff were just perfect. I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. Right across the street from the beach, 2 pools, free breakfast; free parking, free beach chairs to borrow and toys for the kiddies, staff always working- just the BEST . We will be returning.

Not the biggest deal but the cook in the morning was a bit rude. Service without a smile, never said good morning or acknowledged us. If I wanted that kind of poor attitude I would've stayed in NY. Another con: the smokers. Wow there were many. Thankfully we didn't stay in the hotel long enough for it to be a major problem.

The hotel was clean, great location, and for a tortuga festival weekend it was a very fair price. We got a room with a ocean front view and great distance from the festival. Would return again!!

Location to the beach and the staff. It's a nice little Art Deco hotel .

The bathroom was way too small and the compressor on the refrigerator made a very loud noise when it turned on. Also the hotel should have bike rental available.

The room was pretty clean and confortable, the staff very nice. two pools and one of them with warm water. fantastic!!

The front desk was extremely nice and friendly. Max and Carlton were the best. I don't know the maintenance guys name, but he was everywhere doing everything. Within walking distance to places, but no convenience stores like cvs or 7 11 around, you need a car. Everything was so clean and set up perfect. The only thing I would change would be, to have them put restrooms in the pool areas. Otherwise I will definitely be back.
