Didn’t even stay too rude.

I was traveling through New Mexico during my honeymoon. We had gone to Hotel Inn Santa Fe 3011 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM. We went to the hotel to check in and the reception guy says to me “that’s not a service dog that’s an esa” not only did I show him a letter from my doctor he says “you can buy that online” started to laugh at me. I was like “no sir she’s a service dog I have the training, I have the letters” I was being discriminated against due to my service dog. We had never had any problems until today. He was going to charge us $25 for a pet fee (which we weren’t mad about). It’s the fact he laughed and said I bought my approved letter (that he didn’t look at) for my dog. We even went to meow wolf and they were fine with her she’s a 20 lb dog who is trained to help with my disablity. I am never going back to Santa Fe if that’s how they treat their disabled tourist.

We stay here when attending shows at Meow Wolf. Beds are clean and comfortable. The building and some fixtures are dated, but overall it’s clean and convenient. There are mini fridges in the rooms and a microwave in the lobby/kitchen area.

The hallways still smell of cigarettes from when smoking was still allowed. Fresh carpet might help to improve that.

It was very smelly and musty in the hallways, the floor was lumpy and uneven. I was afraid to walk in the hallway on the second floor, it felt unstable. The room carpeting was old and I felt like I had to keep my shoes on the whole time. The room itself was sparse. The bathroom floor was missing big chunks of grout. The bed mattress was extremely thin and very uncomfortable. We ended up leaving and just kept driving to our final destination four hours away. I would not recommend this to anyone. 

Friendly front desk staff, clean accommodations, pet friendly, and a good stay for the money.

Before tax it was under $100 during a time (summer) when basic hotels are ridiculously overpriced.

Their phone system was down so I couldn’t even call to ask a question before checking in. I thought that this was unacceptable; no answering service & no back up mobile system. The hotel has a rather run-down look, and my room was clean, but definitely unacceptable. They didn’t even offer breakfast for the price, which was high enough for such an unacceptable room.

Great location - lots of restaurants nearby. Convenient to Santa Fe attractions. The clerk at check-in was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, with very effective air conditioning.

A bit rundown, bed was not the most comfortable, but definitely great for a short stay.

The staff was a little intimidating and scary.

Good accommodations for couples wanting to explore Santa Fe. Beautiful drive to Ski Santa Fe ski area, ~ 40 mins. Comfy beds, microwave and mini fridge. Friendly, helpful staff.

Great place, felt safe. No funny smells or weird neighbors. Friendly staff. Quiet. Decent value for the money.

Everything was fine. It would be a long way to walk to the interesting parts of Santa Fe if you didn’t have a car.

Perfect location near to Santa Fe downtown. The room was big and clean with everything we were looking for. Special mention to the reception guy Alejandro. He was super friendly and welcomed us in the best way possible

The front desk was very kind and quick to get me checked in and allowed me to pick the floor my room was on. The facility was comfortable and quite clean.

One of the trash cans in my room was not emptied from the previous guest but the rest of the room was very clean. The room is a bit dated but you can tell they've made some recent improvements.

It was a nice, big, clean room. Friendly staff. Decent location. Good value for the money.

N/A: it's a perfectly fine budget hotel

It’s OK for the price.

Food crumbs on the bedside table. Asked for a decent bath towel! I was given a better towel. No breakfast.
