Unable to get a folio until talking to the property multiple times.

I stayed at a Hilton in San Francisco and this out shined that one 100 percent. Worth coming back too.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. Enough said.

Good staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. my car was safe in the parking lot.

There was construction, which made it a little tricky getting to the property at night, but that’s temporary

Water pressure was good.

It is filthy and old!!! The shower curtain wreaked. The bathtub looked filthy. The sink wouldn't drain so you're having to look at your spit as you brush your teeth. The entire hotel needs a major renovation. Smelled old and dirty and looked old and dirty. And to be fair, we also stayed at the Red Lion and the Oxford Suites, and they too were dumps, and all in the $200 range!!! Not sure what's going on in Redding, CA, but their accommodations are really bad, the kind that make you want to disinfect everything you take into the room with you. I'd tell everyone traveling to bypass staying the night in Redding. Accommodations are horrible!!!

Staff was awesome!! Our view was amazing and the bed was cozy. Restaurant was great service and food both, we enjoyed breakfast. Very good and great portions.

The remote control to the TV wasn't great. Not very responsive. Also the comforter slipped off very easy through out the night BUT, we asked for an additional blanket and that worked out alot better.

Location: freeway, food, gas, access.

Price. Restaurant limited menu. No Hilton famous cookies (Double Tree).
