Daytime office clerk was exceptional! He should be the manager

Meth head yelling outside and harassing ppl. Not safe to walk outside at times Cockroach in shower.

Nothing.....Every night we were there. There were a bunch dudes from south of border who drank beer after work on a daily.. they also liked to whistle at my girl.. until I told one of them to let all of them know that if I heard one more whistle they would be straws for their beers and nothing but coloring books for Christmas. And I wouldn't be leaving any teeth to whistle through... Plus the staff over charged me on two separate occasions. The owner fixed the first one but not the second so we left on bad terms

Room was comfortable and clean. The guy at the front desk was very nice to have us move into another room with a tv that worked.

The room was clean and seemed recently remodled. Nice!

The area is near a small airport and the traffic was a bit noisy. Earplugs to the rescue!

Staff was polite and room was reasonably clean. Bed was comfortable. Good TV with decent selection of channels. Proximity to stores and places to eat was good. Air conditioner worked well.

There was aLot of vagrant people in the area. When we were outside we were approached by some who requested money from us. We did not feel safe outside the room. The parking lot is different levels, narrow aisles and very tight parking spaces. We had trouble with the room key working and had to go back 3 times before getting a key that worked.

Comfortable, great AC, clean

Wifi was absurdly slow, could not even send text messages on my phone. room 212 has the furniture placed in a way that all the outlets are not being utilized correctly. Had to unplug microwave to charge laptop. I really wish more hotels would give more detailed information about their wifi. Theyd be surprised at how many places people pass up because of it.

Location is very convenient. Didn’t have breakfast (don’t think it’s included). The bed was comfortable.

The room reeked of a hideous sickly sweet perfume. Air “freshener” perhaps, or maybe cleaning solution. It’s absolutely horrid. There was a pool, but it was filthy and unusable. I think they were trying to clean it — maybe someday it will be acceptable.

Staff, cleanliness, pet rate is reasonable, location.

Construction crew not very cognizant of where they walked or kept their tools. But we stay there multiple times and assume this is a one-time thing.

how dirty the outside was,inside the room smelled like smoke asked for a non smoking room as we had our 1 year old with us! the light in the bathroom looked like it honestly was going to fall through, was terrified to shower with my family in that bathroom, we waited till we arrived to Sacramento to shower at my mothers home.
