The tools need updating really nothing to sir on , the flooring is old and mattress are uncomfortable

Again updating the rooms they are still filled with furniture from.the 90s so very wore out

I was robbed of some possessions out of my room, approximately 1,400.00. Police report has been filed and the hotel hasn’t reached out to me regarding this incident.

The fact my belongings weren’t secure.

Good location. Comfortable bed. Nice restaurant attached. Easy parking.

Not enough lighting. Room number signs too small. Strangers tried to enter our room late at night.

The room was pretty quiet. The two ladies working at the front desk were very friendly and did the best they could. I’m sure in the summer the grounds are nice.

The Whole “resort” needs updated desperately. Carpet in room was stained, old and very dirty looking. The electronic lock didn’t work, had to go back to front desk several times. TV would not receive a signal at first and phone in room didn’t work. Went to front desk to ask about tv; staff wanted to switch our room to a “better” room - when walked in there was an odor and room was no nicer than the first one. Went back to first room and played remote, finally tv came on.

overpriced for what it is, which is a glorified motel. night staff could be friendlier.

We've stayed here before and really appreciate the very large rooms which allow us to keep our valuable bicycles in the room with us. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are well-appointed with microwave and mini-fridge.

Disappointed that the running toilet was dismissed as being unrepairable in the midst of a devastating drought.

People are friendly

The common area of building B had a noise that sounded like a pneumatic construction tool that was very loud and every 10 or so min it would go off. I had to keep the AC at 60 so it would drown out the noise so I could sleep. The tub had shampoo and shower gel oozing into the tub from the dispensers. I had to get a key card three times because they didn’t work. I was told to yank on it so it closes tight. I did and it still didn’t work. So many annoying issues. very frustrating and disappointing.

The location is ideal. It is near a lot of franchise stores.

The room was below average for the price. There are bugs in the room and stains on the walls and curtains. Just expected more for what I was paying. Could've spent less and got a better room at motel 6.

Not a “crowded” feeling at this property.

Location. I was visiting someone in Anderson so the location was convenient.

Extremely run down. I know there is a drought, but the property looked it it had been really nice at one time but is now extremely neglected. There are plenty of water wise plants and landscaping available that would make the grounds look nicer. The room was dirty. The sheets were stained and the floor was so dirty I had to wash my feet before I could get into bed, my feet were black from walking on the floor in the room. Plus there was something in the toilet when we got there that looked gross. Bed was not comfortable to me, although some people prefer a harder mattress. I would not recommend staying at this location, definitely not worth the money I paid.
