They didn't have any clean rooms even at 3:00 p.m. I canceled at the front desk when I called to make sure I wasn't charged the person who answered the phone said they didn't charge me then hung up on me very rude bad customer service!

Because of the heat wave the room was hot. Afternoon sun had been on the exterior wall and window for hours. I know this is an old property. The old wall unit AC was not up to the task. Once the sun had set the room began to cool and eventually was comfortable enough for some good sleep. On the next night we are staying in another Motel 6 property which is identical and probably built the same year. (I’m a retired building contractor and inspector) These 2 properties need a complete going over but new construction may be a better option if the Motel 6 corporation is looking to the future. We shared the property with some disadvantaged folks living there by the week and I know a low-priced hotel may be their only option for housing. I feel for them. I don’t think my wife will want to stay with you again but she’s not very resilient to such inconveniences. The staff at the front desk were friendly and kind. I’m certain the house keeping employees do the best they can with what they have. Worn surfaces, a big gap and worn weather seal on the front door, flooring coming up in a few places and few amenities reminded me of the age. Motel 6 is a popular choice for budget travelers and those challenged with housing options. I hope you can improve and continue to serve this market. It must be tough in this competitive market. Thanks for leaving the light on for us!

Staff was helpful

The room smelled like piss and smoke. Went to the store to buy cleaning supplies. Also neighbors next door had dogs and didn’t let us sleep

Good room, very clean, beds were very comfy. Best place so far as we travel north from S. Cali. Close to restaurants, stores, gas station shares parking lot.

Location was the only think that I really liked. Close to all the roadways and highways you need for experiencing the area and/or shopping.

Room wasn't cleaned well, Upstairs neighbor was shifting furniture or something all night.

Staff is wonderful polite and just a great group of people ! I enjoy my stay here very much!

The mattresses are terrible. They are very soft and loaded with Springs I felt mine almost squished down to the floor when I sat on it. Needs to be replaced

Bed could use blankets.
