Very inviting and clean room, friendly staff, calm area.

The air conditioner wasn't cooling the room well enough, it got a little hot in the middle of the night. Got two rooms, one smelled great the other, it wasn't bad but definitely not great.

The towels could be bigger and fluffier, and I had to get my own rubber bathtub mat due to being 85 and not wanting to fall in the shower!

I liked leaving.

I was refused clean towels on my second day and when I checked out 40$ was charged for the towels I did have being dirty. I guess they don't like to wash them.

the bed was comfortable and the air works

hot tub obviously hadn’t been cleaned out and no strainer near by. it was cold and I had to wedge a chair in front of the handicap lift to keep it from falling over the tub where it couldn’t be used. not much for food near by.
