We liked the room the hot tub and the Tv

The Hot tub was not at the correct temperature the staff person made me pay a deposit with a credit card? Never had to pay a deposit with a credit card also I checked in left for a short time came back with my girlfriend and found a woman's slip on the floor try explaining that! I was pissed! Not sure what happened.

I am disappointed that I prepaid July 1 at but was unable to stay due to not having enough to cover deposit stay was non refundable. Which really sucks when you don't have extra money to lose being homeless on the street

The staff that cleaned the rooms were friendly. It was in a good location.

It was horrible. We had no internet, they advertise hot breakfast and the only thing hot was the waffles. The chair at the pool broke when my son sat on it. There were cockroachs in my room.

The doors locked!

Very unclean, the breakfast was bread, cereal, or a waffle. The blankets either had cigarette burns or blood on them. The shower was broken. The staff was more interested in listening to their music or talking to whoever was on their cell phone than helping the people who are paying to stay there!

Well the minute I walked into the restroom there was a very large cockroach crawling down the wall, then the very next morning the front desk entered my room without my knowledge or consent, I'd never recommend this horrible place to my worst enemy.

Nothing! The place was disgusting. There was nothing quality about it. The smell when walking through the corridors and in the room was horrible. We didn’t end up staying. We walked in our room saw how disgusting it was and booked another hotel:

Had to pay $100 deposit. No Hot water in the shower! Place was very run down. Front desk was very rude. Asked for a refund, he refused. Called Booking.com for the same refund, left me on hold and never answered! I was soooo Happy that my insurance got us another Hotel( home caught on fire 2x's in the same week) now we are at the Hilton!! Thank God!! Will never book a reservation from Booking.com or stay at a Quality Inn as long as I live!! Fithly place Quality Inn. One night was too much, couldn't even sleep. I was glad we brought a blanket, did not get under those sheets or slept on the pillow. Terrible Terrible place to stay!!!

This was a most interesting trip down memory lane to backpacking places I would not return to. I walked into the lobby to be greeted by paint peeling from walls, paintings on interesting angles, and a mess. The hotel has not been renovated in I would think 25 years. The parking lot was full of trash, and some windows cracked. We walked into the elevator, and hallways, to find a smell similar to visiting a friend's grandmother's decades old home. The hallway had food crumbs on the floor, and it looked like some graffiti on a window. The room, 328, had a bad smell. The bed was comfortable though! It took 15 minutes, and several prayers, to produce luke warm shower water at 7am! I felt glad we both carry! Walking into the breakfast area, it was messy, and food scattered on surfaces. The breakfast on offer was tea, coffee, toast and sugar filled cereals I didn't recognize. The cliental included one lady arguing with staff, and a man with gang tattoos. Thus, we skipped such a quality spread and won't be returning. One may ask, why did we book? We used to live overseas and stayed at Quality Inns there. They were good. In addition, I wanted places for dinner in walking distance. Quality. Never again. Back to qualify over danger. Oh, the worst part of this stay was the over 1k damage done to my car in the parking lot, by another guest. Vehicles in the lot looked like many had no licensed drivers, had damage and were a mess. Thus, I parked my expensive car away from them. No bother, a guy in a truck parked next to me in the middle of nowhere. Next morning he was gone and I could have used my insurance excess to stay at the Hilton. NEVER STAY HERE! IT IS NOT SAFE! My husband and I have itched since we left the hotel this morning.

rooms very old, curtains holes in them and one end came off curtain rod, ceiling above bath tub coming down, bath tub very old, sink not much water out of taps. outside lots of trash, cigarette butts and dog poop! I don’t understand how they can charge a pet fee when, room and yard, showing it’s wear so badly. not much selection for breakfast. wasn’t our type of place, poorest Quality Inn that I have been at.

No warm or hot water in the shower. Unable to use shower Breakfast was lacking. Only healthy food was an apple. Didn't even have peanut butter
