Staff very friendly, comfortable beds, great pool area and wonderful shuttle service!

A very clean, well staffed hotel that’s convenient to the airport. The front desk staff were outgoing and hospitable as were the shuttle driver and cleaning staff. Room was perfectly prepared and well supplied. Kudos to the staff!

Hall carpets were dirty and stained. Also, the coffee maker in Room 138 was missing a part and had to be propped up to be usable.

We enjoyed the breakfast and the bed was comfortable.

A big reason we wanted to stay was to enjoy the pool area but someone was throwing a party in the area and other people that weren’t guest were there drunk and loud. We tried to wait for them to leave but they were there until almost 11!! I paid to enjoy the amenities but other people that didn’t pay got to enjoy it more than me ..

Close to airport. Was only there for 1 night.

Forgot about all the plane noise. Didnt like the pillows very much, but was ok.

I was put in a handicap room, though didn’t request it, and it didn’t seem very clean in the bathroom and the carpet. hotel needs to be updated

Old, lacks amenities, rooms with old equipment. Beds lumpy, pillows hurt my neck. Day of checkout banging on door, haven't seen staff previous 4 days. Asked for early check-in a month in advance, denied it

The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

Could use more plugs for our CPAP machines.

Close to the airport, very clean, nice appearance. Better than expected for what we paid!

The pillows were very uncomfortable. The only negative thing I have to say.

I loved the pool but the hot tub jets did not work, I had to ask for the pool area to be unlocked and it was done promptly. I loved the big suite room. It was worth the extra money.we will stay at this hotel again when in Tucson.

Eggs looked unappetizing and no meat. Attendant did not clean tables between breakfast patrons. When I asked for cleaning of tables it was completed immediately and politely. I am always disappointed in motel and hotel breakfasts that do not consider including low sugar items like juice and yogurt for many adults with diabetes 2 and overweight issues. Thank goodness for fridges in rooms so we bring food products to substitute the breakfast items.

Beautiful pool and good breakfast. Coffee brewer had broke last day so didn't get any Coffee. Was happy to get a ride to the airport. Friendly staff and convenient little store.

That it was quiet and everyone was so nice it was an enjoyable stay the beds were very nice and everything was clean

Clean rooms and grounds.

At breakfast the only sweetener options were sugar and saccharine. How long has it been since I haven’t seen a third or fourth option? Very few teabags, handful of Sleepytime. Most of us want to wake up, not go to sleep. Refrigerator was small without freezer. In room coffee was stale and undrinkable. Elevator button needs to be marked like all other elevators I have ever seen. We stayed several other places on this trip. The en route options cost less and were better appointed.

I’m a driving from Tx to Ca solo, if you don’t count 2 cats. so I stopped at a few over night budget hotels. this was by far the cleanest, nicest and most comfortable. it felt much more expensive. and the breakfast was actually good! I drive to different states as a healthcare provider, I’ll look at La Quinta from now on.

Need more waffle machines..scrambled eggs and potatoes ..more warm foods

Long lines for waffles and the coffee kept running out..hard boiled eggs bad choice they never peel right.evrtyone likes potatoes or hashbrowns..how about corned beef hash..
