Very quiet location, nice layout

Rooms were filthy, had an awful smell. Lots of bugs and cobwebs in the bathroom you can tell they do not thoroughly clean. The bed had a huge yellow stain on it and the sink drain was broke , shower wouldn't drain for a long time and toilet would take forever to flush. I have stayed at the La Quinta by the airport and it is night and day I would never stay here again! Spoke to manager Andrea and she advised she couldn't do anything for me since i didn't let the front desk know until the morning. I let her know by the time i noticed these issues my young daughter was already sleeping and it was late at night. The issues brought to their attention could have been verified by anyone that goes into that room. She advised me i can call whomever i want and she wasn't going to entertain the conversation any longer and wouldn't give me corporate or a managers phone number. Complete waste of money!

Not much that I liked. The AC was working on this 109 degree day.

The lights have a problems of not working. Light switch had a short in the room offset. The plug was only working on one out outlet. The person that checked us in was less than frendly.

2 out of our 3 rooms we're not cleaned properly!! Very disappointed

I have nothing good to say about this property. We were given our first room, and there were people in it. The second room we were given was dirty and not clean. The third room wasn’t the right size bed. It was disgusting and had dried vomit on the carpet.

The towels were LARGE, not the puny ones a lot of places give you, and they were really really soft. Same thing with the sheets. I had just had surgery, and this was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in ~ wonderful pillowtop mattress! It was a real joy, after the day I'd had in the hospital!

The coffee machine had no instructions, and instead of the pull-out basket, there was this flimsy plastic thing in a sealed plastic bag. At first I had no idea what it was. Once I figured that out, it really didn't fit into the slot very well, and I'm pretty mechanically minded. But I REALLY wanted that first cup of coffee, so I persevered. Worth it, yeah, but geez, guys, at least leave instructions!!!

After paying for my reservation I showed up only to be turned away by the night staff claiming that he couldn't complete my reservation because my cashapp card didn't have a physical bank even though my name was on my card and my driver's licsens. Been over a month and stillni refund. I think it's cause he was black and my gf is black.

The Hotel taks 100 US $ of your Credit Card (Security) which is refunded 10 days later. This cause additional fee for foreign credit cards ( 2x !) and requires verification by the customer. At total Nuissance for 100$ ? Not applied by other hotels

The location was good

It was one of the dirtiest, unkept rooms I've stayed in. There was white powder in the water compartment of the coffee maker, the shower handrail was ripped off and missing. The bed was so sloped towards the middle my wife and I kept sliding into the middle of the bed. There were handprints on the walls.........just gross.

Great location and very comfortable bed.

Grounds and building is a little run down. Breakfast was marginal..

Asked for a handicap room & I got one. Staff was friendly & very helpful. Room & especially the bathroom was very clean. Continental breakfast was well stocked, the lady how was in charge keep cleaning & restocking items.

Shower head needs to be replaced! Stream wasn't well directed. Suggest changing it to handheld, so you can rinse off better. I reported a leak around the base of the toilet, twice (different days -> Fri. & Sat.). Thought it was fixed on Fri., but the leak reappeared on Sat. morning & they fixed it, again.

wifi was broken and the room was ok but not by far the best LaQuinta i have stayed in. Room was expensive for what we got. This LaQuinta needs some upgrades for sure

The breakfast was ok. Again this hotel requires many upgrades
