The options were good. The seating area was excellent.

Breakfast was a let down. The main dishes weren't that great. My room fee included breakfast, but for some reason, we were expected to pay for it separately. It was corrected, but it was uncomfortable to say the least.

The location was ideal for our purpose. Easy access to everything downtown has to offer and close enough to walk to 4th Avenue.

It was so close to the nightclub next door that you could here everything until they closed at 2:30am.

The location is convenient. We called for extra towels and not more than 4 minutes later, staff came with towels. Eventhough it was in a loud downtown spot, we did not hear any noise when we were in the room. Very well soundproofed. Clean, comfortable.

It was nice there was a parking garage attached but it is an extra charge per day. The hotel key didn't work every time we wanted to exit the garage so we had to press the button for assistance to be let out. Itd be nice if we got clear instructions on how to use it before check in.

Nice decor in main space, the room was super clean and comfortable. Great location near lots of restaurants and walking to downtown and the old part of city where the cool stuff is.

the pool was too cold, the room was freezing, and the water wasn't hot enough. I was basically cold for three straight days, in the desert. Also $20 for breakfast when you're paying $300 already is bonkers. I walked across the street to a cafe for $6 and it was great. Just give us some muffins and coffee gratis.

too loud of a neighborhood. couldn’t sleep at night due to the night clubs around and ended up checking out in the middle of the night. also, valets should really learn how to drive stick, because that’s just ridiculous

I was expecting a nicer room for the price. The King Suite was small and basic. Our remote to the tv in our room was dead. The staff didn’t have a screw driver to replace the batteries so they had to break the back off an tape it back up… the remote still didn’t work when laying in bed, you had to stand directly in front of it to have it work. I would also like to add: I did an early check in and even had my husband’s name on there as an additional guest. When he got there the staff was rude and unhelpful. They wouldn’t let him check in because they said his name wasn’t on the reservation… even tho I had the proof on my confirmation. I had to call and go through so many automated prompts just to talk to a real person on the phone, just so I could tell them that he has permission to check in. This was very frustrating for the both of us as we were trying to get ready for our wedding that day that was right down the street. Definitely added to our stress that we didn’t need. We are never staying at this overrated hotel and I am telling everyone I know not to stay here.
