My son was stranded and needed a room, took a cab to the hotel. I booked his room, but it was under my name. He went in and ask for a room under his own name and the clerk told him they were booked and he didn't have a room for him. My son said I know you do, my Mom just booked it. They got into a heated argument and the clerk refused to let my son stay in the room I had just booked for him. I called the clerk and explained the room was under my name and ask him to please let my son stay. He said NO because my son said cuss words when they argued. I explained that he was stranded and I had already paid for the room and the clerk still refused to let my son stay, said he had already called his boss and his boss said it was ok to refuse the client. I could hear my son talking to him and he apologized but the clerk still refused. By that time the taxi had already left and my son was on foot with all his bags. He walked about 1.5 miles down the road where I was able to get him another room. The clerk refused to refund my money. I understand my son was in the wrong for getting mad and arguing with the man but I feel it was just as much your clerks fault for not trying to research a booked room especially once my son told him his Mother had booked the room. The clerk should have thought to ask him his Mother's name instead of continuing to tell him there was no room for him! Both men were in the wrong! But I still lost my money!!!

Rooms are not clean! It says free breakfast but doesn't tell u on website it's really not a breakfast! Breakfast consisted of oatmeal coffee and granola bar.

it was not as clean as it could have been. it should not have advertised breakfast included for stale muffins and granola bars I took pictures to insure we got the $50 deposit back we were required to pay. I have NEVERencountered that before

not much, smelt like weed and old laundry

it was filthy, toilet seat was broken, the bed look like a cot on steroids, smelt like somebody had been smoking weed in the hallways, when we booked the room we were told there would be breakfast, there was nothing except for coffee, and mediocre coffee at best.

The staff was very friendly and very professional the rooms are very spacious for our needs the beds are comfortable and if you ever need something the front desk was very helpful

The evening lady was awesome she did a wonderful job...she make sure we was comfortable..the black lady was awesome need more like her..

We ask for doubles we got a single room for 3 people..Toilets didn't work the night audit told us he didn't have a plunger.. Other than that it was nice there was no breakfast at all. The coffee was cold both days

The staff was nice, the room was ok, but the location is great.

Price was over inflated bcuz alot of things was going on that weekend, rooms were sold out all over the city. Check-in was suppose to be at 3pm, I arrived at 515pm and still had to wait another 20 minute for them to clean my room. The next day the housekeeper knocked on my door at 10am and again at 1015am the first time to say checkout is at 11am and the second time to see if I had left. I just feel as tho there was no rush to get me in the room but they were really rushing me out. To make matters worse when I went downstairs their systems was down so the clerk said she would waive the late fee when the system comes back up and she checks me out; as tho she would be doing me a favor. Now after saying all that -everyone may not have my experience. Would I recommend this place? Yes, if you need a place to stay for a night, however I wouldn't recommend if you are coming on vacation. The room itself wasn't bad, the bed was firm, the guests above me seems to be walking around all night, but like I said it's good for a night's stay.
