pictures are nothing like the actual room; NO RESTAURANT;NO PIANO BAR; dust and COVID MASK under bed from previous guests; had to ask for clean towels and the garbage emptied every day; REFRIGERATOR AND A/C DID NOT WORK THE WHOLE STAY!!!!

The bathroom was huge and the shower was exceptional! Comfy bed, good size room. A little bit of noise from people walking right outside the window but not constant. Liked the location. Staff was super friendly.

The restaurant and bar was closed and there really was no amenities like the website showed. I paid way too much for the stay and was disappointed.

location good in relation to tourist attractions

rom was dark, dingy, dirty and in disrepair. biggest issue was that the AC, which was mounted on the wall, was tied off with straps, rendering it unusable, so our one night stay there was very uncomfortable in the 85 plus degree heat. We were charged double for the resort fee and the hotel is staffed with only one person who wasn’t able to help us with the AC problem or the double billing problem. we moved out of this awful place after the first night and found other accommodations. Now, we are having to chase down trying to get a cancellation for the 2 nights we didn’t stay there.

We didn’t know there was a breakfast. We were told that the restaurant and piano bar were closed for a couple weeks. The hotel rooms were not clean. The sheets had hair and makeup stains. We were given a larger room and were told we couldn’t cancel our reservations and go to a different hotel, because we went through booking.com. The larger room was dirty as well, but we didn’t want to lose the money we had spent.

Everything could have been better. Customer service, ammenities, etc. very upset because we booked the hotel for the piano bar and it was closed. Very disappointing

Room was terribly dark, had to use phone light to do tasks, lighted makeup mirror didn’t work, bathroom amenities appeared to be left over from previous guests, restaurant & bar weren’t open as advertised

The room was shabby, dark, worn out and dingy. We chose this because it stated a mountain and garden view. Our only window looked out at the parked cars. The terrace promised us didn't exist. We had no outdoor sitting area. No sofa in the room. We thought we had paid in full through booking.com including the resort fee, but we were told we owed another $30 per night for resort fees. After seeing the room, we went back to ask the receptionist why we were promised all these items on booking.com and had none of them. She said she could do nothing for us because we used a third party booking and the hotel was not responsible for what booking.com stated in their description. The breakfast was advertised as having fresh fruit and baked goods. The only fruit was an apple or a fruit cocktail plastic container. The baked goods were Nature Valley granola bars. We were very disappointed in the room and the breakfast.

Location excellent - walking distance to the main square. Staff (one person?) friendly, helpful, polite. In its earlier years this must have been a really beautiful property; the general design and decor are wonderful; now just tired and unmaintained.

There was garbage piled up several places in hallways and around the building for all 3 days I visited; never was taken to dumpster. Unsightly, unhealthy. Overall lacks maintenance - the fountains are stagnant and dirty or not running, leaves and debris throughout the ground floor hallways (never swept); the facilities overall look tired and in need of upkeep -- cleaning and paint. Very few staff around. Covid? This was the most I had ever paid for a hotel room, around $300/night, so it did not meet that level of expectations.

Room was close to parking lot. Was in walking distance from nice restaurant "Dinner for 2".

No phone in room. Called front desk from my phone a few times and got no answer; left message no call back. RESERVED room with fireplace and room had only a burning stove (Not the same; didn't use). TV was small and dated with poor selection of channels. Will not repeat a stay here. Was not as nice as pics.

Stay was excellent. Breakfast was healthy and fulfilling. Would stay again and would recommend to a friend. Walls were not as thick as they could’ve been, but I can’t blame the couple above.

The breakfast was a real disappointment. Not very fresh pastries! Thought it would be something cooked and fresh!!

Continental breakfast was a nice bonus. Damian at the front desk was a delight and wealth of knowledge about places to eat. Walking distance to everywhere. We loved it all!

It was walking distance to restaurants and bars.

We had two skylights right above the bed. At night, a streetlight kept us awake all night. I’m the morning, we were woken up by the sun in our faces. The pillows were so large we ended up sleeping without any. There was a large gap around the door to enter the room, so we had no privacy and could hear people in the hallway. The prices are on par with being in Santa Fe, but there are better hotels for the money.

Clean and comfortable room that was very convenient to downtown Santa Fe. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was the cost. I think it was way overpriced.

The cost.

Very unique. Unlike any hotel I’ve stayed. Very memorable. Would definitely stay again.

Parking was limited.

The location was perfect. Easy to walk or drive anywhere we needed to go. You are close to the plaza. You are close to restaurants. The room was great! We had a wonderful time. Happy hour was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location. Location. Location. You will not be disappointing.

They wasn't anything that we didn't like about our stay.

On the website, it said continental breakfast was included and regular breakfast could be purchased at their restaurant. It was part of our decision to stay there. But in the morning at 8 am, the doors were locked to the lobby. Noone around to ask. So we went out for breakfast. Came back around 9 am. Staff said no breakfast due to Covid. But their bar & restaurant were open the night before serving food. So why no breakfast? Nothing. Not even a grab bag. Very shabby courtyards & exteriors.
