Was very nice. Very private, I like how we needed a key to get into and out of everything.

The water source.. It’s out of people’s reach but when I filled up a water in the sink it wasn’t clear… it was a thick white nasty color that wasn’t clean or anything..

Other guess next to our room (719) where very loud and partying till 2:00 am. Called to complain several time but staff did nothing about it. And refused to give me a refund.

The breakfast was mediocre, all microwaveable food, im not sure if its because of the pandemic but it was very subpar. Room was ok. Lighting was horrible. tub took forever to drain. Staff was very pleasant though

The air con unit kept changing volume constantly which made sleeping very difficult.

Rude costumer service, was not able to check in due to not having the credit card. I use Apple Pay for everything , never had a problem with Apple Pay. Also, tired to pay the full amount cash and they did not let me. Was a WASTE of time booking with this hotel. There is no available parking, only valet parking . Expensive and not even a luxury place. Will never book on this hotel again.

The place was more than a little ran down - the amount of photoshop touch ups in the photos is impressive. Painting was happening while I was there though.
