La literie La décoration des chambres L’emplacement face a la plage La piscine sur le toit avec sa vue face a la mer Le petit déjeuner est de qualité mais peu de choix Le fait de pouvoir laisser les bagages et d’avoir accès à la piscine car nous avions un vol fin de journée

La mauvaise insonorisation: nous avions une chambre au premier étage en début de couloir et les femmes de ménage discutaient devant la porte tôt le matin, idem avec les voisins du dessus on avait l’impression qu’ils allaient traverser le plafond Pas de vue ni de terrasse dans la chambre Le mitigeur de douche est design mais un peu trop sophistiqué à l’usage … Rapport qualité /prix élevé Hôtel bien pour quelques jours mais pas pour une semaine car pas de partie « commune », le resto du PDJ n’a rien à voir avec l’hôtel

I due signori alla reception sono stati poco cordiali e accoglienti per quanto riguarda il loro lavoro sono sicura che potrebbero fare di meglio! La signora invece che li alternava è stata eccellente

The location was fantastic along with the roof top pool. The view from our room was very beautiful

It seemed like no one checked the room and made sure it was prepared for guests. There was a moldy smell, the bed was not comfortable. We couldn't use the spa tub because yellow water was coming out of it, the rerigerator snd the Espresso machine were broken and on top of it all the ac broke the last 3 days we were there. The first night the brought us a fan and the next night we finally demanded to be switched to another room at 10pm after waiting all day for the technician to fix it. They switched us to a smaller room but didn't credit us the difference of rooms. They did refund booking.com 1 night stay but we have not seen that credit either
