Nothing. No staff was there to check me in and i was left without a room i already paid for and was told i couldnt get a refund. I am so disappointed.

no staff was there to check me in for over 30 minutes. I waited and still no one was around. I called the property line and heard the phone ring in the lobby. i was charged for a room i didnt get

The location was good with several places to eat nearby.

This was one of the worst experiences, of any hotel stay. My family arrived at 4 PM to check into our room, but the power in the town was out. We were notified that we would be unable to check into our room until the power came back on, which it did at about 7:30 PM. However, once the power came back on the hotels computer system would not connect to Wi-Fi. To make matters worse, there was a music Festival in the town and all hotels in the area sold out making us unable to find another place to stay. I have sent the manager of the hotel an email about our experience and he has not provided a response. The young man at the counter was trying his best to get the system up and running, even getting tech help from other stranded customers, but the manager never came down to the hotel to assist him, leaving him alone at the front desk to deal with the issue. We were traveling with our 4 young children and sat in a parking lot until 12am when finally after calling Hilton directly, we received a room.

Both treadmills had broken features. One treadmill ,the incline was broken. One treadmill, the speed was broken. The other time we stayed here the treadmills were completely broken. This shows me that you do not keep your machines in good repair and it makes me not want to come back to your hotel. Also, it is built with very thin floors and walls, and the people above us kept me awake for 40 minutes when I was trying to go to sleep, because it was so loud with them clomping around for 40 minutes. I don’t want to come back to this hotel because of all of the above.
