I actually LOVE this hotel - comfortable beds / pillows, great fitness center, awesome pool deck, great beach location, good staff.

I do have an issue with the room location - wanted a high floor, but was on the same level as the concert floor. THUS, when we woke up in the morning, sometimes there was melon on our "patio", sometimes broken glass, etc. So if this room is to be offered to guests, high standards for safety and cleanliness must be implemented. Perhaps after a concert, do a scan to see if there is garbage or broken glass on those patios/balconies. Yes, you can see the concert, but for me, those hazards aren't worth it!

Direkt am Meer gelegen. Tolle Stimmung am Pool mit Musik und kühlen Drinks. Alles sehr sauber, freundliches Personal.

This was a horrible property for customer service!

I did not like that disrespectful attitudes of that property personnel.

DId not get the room I paid for on Booking.com. Condescending/cocky staff. Long waits for the poolside restaurant - waited over an hour to be seated, drink/food order taken with NOBODY in line in front or behind us and plenty of tables available. No designated smoking section by pool. Not worth the money you pay to stay at a hotel like this. I not a happy customer when I left and this is a first for Hardrock Hotel as I've stayed at many and received much better service.

Did not have room I paid for available. Unfriendly, condescending staff. No designated smoking area outside by the pool. Took over an hour to be seated and food ordered at their pool side restaurant that was NOT crowded - nobody in front of us in the line and nobody behind us...we will not be back. VERY poor customer service across the board. VERY surprised by this as this has not been my experience at other Hardrock Hotels.

Absolutely wonderful facility and staff. Valet was fantastic and staff were very friendly and helpful!
