Out standing short stay at hurghada long beach ⛱️ the hotel is huge near 960 rooms and there is,always a place to escape & chill out,reception was welcoming 🙏 and the rooms division manager Mr Mohamed Hassan, went above,and beyond to satisfy our needs ,as well milad from reception and the bug huge beach ⛱️ which was,well kept clean and workers everyday early morning around 8.15 clean all the beach daily Hotel facilities are seen and well dedicated to meet our glories expectations 😃 Cascade zone r is very nice area which had breakfast ,lunch-extra charge Mexican and Indian but for booking.com customers one time free during the stay Mr hany mounier GM big thank you. Mr Mohamed Hassan big thank you & all the entire team of l9bg beach for such another great holiday . We hielden van ons verblijf. We werden verwelkomd door Mohamed Hassan die ervoor zorgde dat aan al onze behoeften werd voldaan. De plaats had een geweldige sfeer en veel amusement voor kinderen en volwassenen, het eten was heerlijk en gevarieerd en alle faciliteiten waren in zeer goede staat. Wij zijn erg blij met de keuze en zouden het zeker aanbevelen.

Dat we niet langer zijn gebleven ;)

بصراحة الفندق كان حلو جدا و المرة ديه كمان انا اكتشفت جزء منه جديد المرة اللي فاتت مكنتش شفته Cascade Zone جميلة جدا الصراحة. بالنسبة لطاقم الفندق بقي الحقيقة تعاملهم اكثر من رائع استاذ محمد حسن مدير قطاع الغرف بصراحة كان اكثر من رائع و استاذ محمد علي نائب مدير الاغذية و المشروبات بردة كان تعامله رائع جدا معانا و ساعدنا كتير في حجز المطاعم. و احب اشكر بردة استاد محمد عبد العظيم المسؤول عن تنظيف الغرفة بتاعتنا 249 عن اهتمامه الجيد بيها. و اخيرا الاستاذ فرج في الريسيبشن علي حسن تعامله معانا و ابتسامته دايما. انصح صراحة بالفندق لاي حد عايز اجازة هادية و جميلة.

الفندق رائع و هذة ليست اول مرة زيارتي لفندق Long Beach و سوف اعود لزيارة الفندق مرة اخرى لعدة عوامل منها في البداية طاقم العمل في الاستقبال الودود و البشوش و استقبالهم الجميل لنا و ادائهم الاحترافي و المتفاني في تلبية احتياجتنا اثناء check in و اختيار غرفة ممتازة من ناحية الموقع و الفيو في المبنى الرئيسي و اسلوبهم الراقي في التعامل و حسن اخلاقهم.. اشكركم جميعا لضيافتكم الرائعة .. و ايضا طاقم العمل في المطاعم يبذلون جهد كبير في العمل لتلبية متطلبات جميع الضيوف رغم ضغط العمل تحية كبيرة لهم ... و ايضا فريق الانيمشن اللطيف الذي يبحث دائما على رسم الابتسامة و الاستمتاع في وجوه جميع الضيوف ... تحية خاصة لكم .................. و سوف اعود في رحلتي القادمة ان شاء الله الى Long Beach Resort .... لانه اثار اهتمامي و اعجابي

The general condition of this hotel is very bad, people are a disgrace, there is nothing to eat, other than eggs.

It is not a safe hotel, they take people to activities and do not bring them back.

This is my 4th time to visit this place, they always surprise me by being better each time. Crew cooperation is fascinating. They are always above our expectations. The best friendly crew ever. Reception (Milad and others), housekeeping, chiefs (Wahid and others), restaurants' management (Ahmed Ismail and others), guest relations, etc. Perfect resort for best vacation ever.

Anything I didn't like, I report and they immediately/instantly fix/change it. We were treated as kings and queens.

Amazing hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, the food is very diverse and delicious, there is something for everyone. The rooms are spacious, clean and air-conditioned. The beach is huge and beautiful, the water is not deep and it is safe for children. If you want to swim in deeper water and snorkel, there is also a part of the beach for that. Hey there! 😄 Just wanted to let you know that I had the most amazing time at Long Beach! The stay was absolutely fantastic, and the warm welcome I received made it even better! 😍 But that's not all! The new cascade area is simply fabulous! You wouldn't believe the stunning views and relaxing vibes it has to offer. I wish you could have experienced it too!

Friendly staff. The hotel is highly clean. High quality and variety of food. big thanks to mr.mohamed hassan, he managed our booking from the first second of our arrival and made sure that everything was in order. also thanks to Mr. mohamed Ali and Room service ( khaled ) they are so friendly and kind.

Overall one of the best all inclusive experience, I had. The hotel is on a great location with very nice beach side and lot of bars to always top up your glass with some free bevs. The staff went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Check in went very easy and smooth same as the check out. We tried most of the restaurants and we didn't have any bad experience with the food. The chefs and restaurant staff were always very nice and helpful. It's a lovely hotel, great fun and perfect for a week or 2 to relax. I would definetly recommend it to everyone and would probably come back again. It was a wierd experience to have a bookings.com wristband on us compare to our friends who booked the hotel through a different website... We received lot of attention, i guess to improve on the bookings.com ratings compared to them. We asked for help about booking a restaurant for our birhtday and been declined, but 5 minutes later someone came back to us "ohh sorry, i didn't know you booked on bookings. Let me sort it out for you". Also, we booked the same level of room as our frineds, but got a nicer one :)

The people working in the shops near the lobby constantly try to stop you and sell something for you. We decided to buy some inflatables for the pool, but they were poor quality and ripped open after an hour in the pool. We also bought "water proof" sun oil just to burn ourself after the first time going in to the water. I wouldn't recommend to buy anything in those shops. Also, the constant hustle on the beach and next to the pool by guys who try to sell you different experiences and trips when you just want to relax... No A/C in the gym Wifi only in the lobby and super slow. If you ask for the same cocktail, you will get different one everytime :)

During my stay, I'd like to express my happiness due to the maintenance works of rooms plus opening a big restaurant that working all day.

However I surprised about the lake variety of food items and the taste is not superb as they did before specialty for the lunch meal. The staff that providing food are not friendly.

the staff was sooooo friendly and welcoming especially sara ibrahim from the reception who upgraded our rooms to newly upgraded rooms with sea and pool view to mohammed ali the restaurants manager who was so welcoming, always smiling and complimenting us with free invitations

The food quality is awesome Pool is nice Mr Mohamed the beverage manager is the most kind person i have ever met as he made my trip and presence inside the resort in the most comfortable atmosphere and full of joy

Location is great - just few meters from the beach All inclusive service Politiness of staff, especially housekeepers were friendly Beach is very nice and big but i cannot image how it mat look like during summer season We liked Podium restaurant-visited many times and never dissapointed.

Quality od the food - they use ingredients that were not eaten before, e.g. Dinner from morning/lunch. I know it is a part of their culture but some of staff members (concierge) expected tips for nothing Rooms are spacious but needs to be refurbished - weary furniture, walls need to be painted etc.
