Cleanliness and confort.

Both restaurants and Room service were closed at 8h30pm. I've arrived at 9pm and there was nothing to eat on the hotel.

When I arrived at a tired hotel, I went to a reception desk. One of the employees received me. I gave him a phone link. You booked a room. I looked at a phone. He added 200 yuan, even though I am a member of Gnes.

This time I got the premiun room. It was comfortable and quiet.

They keep my luggage kindly.

The room was too noisy at 2:00AM to 3:00AM The big Thump, Child yelling etc.

Many items on the menu were unavailable. Longtime to reach the in room dining service.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean.

There was some water flowing noise coming from one corner of the room which made sleeping very difficult. It seems that this was a known issue as there were 2 sets of earplugs on the side table next to the bed. I didn’t bother the staff as I had checked in late and would be out early next morning. If not for this issue, this would be a great stay.

Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I stayed on the executive floor. They have the worst breakfast I have ever experienced for a hotel of this caliber. McDonald's serves a better breakfast...

Priscilla the ADD was so cordial. Bailey the assistant on duty did everything to ensure our dining needs were met around the clock. We were offered complimentary drinks. We felt so wonderful pampered. The restaurant was the best food. Housekeeping was friendly and catered to any needs such as extra pillow or supplies.
