the breakfast is great with delicious taste and variety, the staff is amazing ..all of them with no exceptopn.. so freiendly, decent and helpful

We loved the general aesthetic of the hotel and the staff were great. The hotel is in a great location. It is a 2 minute walk to downtown El Gouna which has a wide range of restaurants and shops but also benefits from being close to the tranquility of the water. The cocktails were good and the barmen were very welcoming and engaging! The gym area was small but quirky (nice views and wooden weights).

We did half board and felt the evening meal was very average and spent half our nights eating outside the hotel. We also had to move rooms due to the music around the bar/pool area late at night (midnight/1am!). Moving rooms helped a little but not massively. The staff did their best to accommodate us but there was little they could do. Suggestion would be to move the speakers away from the rooms (they are currently on the hotel side and next to peoples windows). It's a shame as we felt very relaxed in the day but our sleep was impacted most nights.

The room was lovely, staff were great and so were the facilities, amazing food and offer for trips plus recommendations. They go the extra mile to help arrange visits, appointments, and meet your every need. The location is spot on. Really great service.

It’s noisy. we were beach facing with patio but the doors are thin and glass so you can hear everything. People walking round and talking, you can hear every sound. Which is a shame, also, small but rather challenging is there ate not enough plug sockets or they were not working properly with Uk or EU plugs, appliances did not stay plugged in well.

Nice vibe, safe location, everyone spoke different languages.

I found it very over crowded, staff were very pushy with making you buy add on activities (for very high prices), I didn’t fin it particularly clean, my sink in room 136 had black mould in it. I also didn’t appreciate the fake “eco friendly” vibe and we were greeted with metal refillable bottles but then everyday were given plastic bottles to fill up our metal ones.

I loved the large pool and surround, stylish decor, small beach onto the lagoon, the great breakfast, the bar by the pool was great too. Good rooms cleaners and the location was perfect. 1 minute walk to lots of brilliant restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend

A very cosy and comfortable hotel, 1 minute walk from El Gouna downtown. Everything within the hotel is a few steps away, restaurant, beach, bar and pool. The staff are extremely helpful and especially Fadl, from housekeeping, who always made sure we had everything we needed in the room. He was always ready to help or call for help, whether we wanted a replacement for our room card or to get the terrace entrance lock fixed.

The restaurant is often very loud during breakfast, especially as the waiters rush to remove the buffet and clear the tables at 10:30 sharp.

This was our first time at Cook’s club and we really enjoyed out stay. The room design is very modern & fashionable. The swimming pool is very nice & alive with music & djs. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety to choose while the pool bar served snacks & drinks that were very satisfying & pleasing. The staff are very decent & helpful.

The lighting was so low The bathroom is almost dark I found a geko at the bathroom! The lagoon is a mess! I know it is a sustainable hotel but there should be some basics
