Clean and friendly service. Right opposite impala shuttle pickup to Arusha so perfect for me. Very easy airport transfer for additional $20 USD. Would recommend.

Water cooler with filtered water would be nice to have in reception or dining area, maybe there was and I missed it.

It was very close to the shuttle bus stand so we walked across after our trip back from Arusha. It was also walking distance to the Masai Market and the Nairobi National Museum.

The room, triple that we asked for, was extremely small. The power point was hanging off the wall with all wires exposed. For the benefit of the management, I think we were in room 304 . The toilet door could not be locked because the whole handle had been repaired poorly. There was no fan let alone air conditioning. The 24 hour restaurant that they boast of took about an hour to serve three soups!! The main dish meat was a bit tough.
