Llanos and her husband were great hosts. They were already expecting us on site when we arrived, communication was great and very easy. We asked for yoga mats in the villa and Llanos went above and beyond to get that organised before we arrived. Thank you again for that. She also had great tips for food and things to do around Santa Eularia. The house had everything we expected and more. It comes with sea view from the terrace and a fruit tree / herbal garden next door, providing a lovely smell. The kitchen is newly renovated and has really everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and it’s great that the villa has 3 bathrooms, perfect when you are with several people. We also loved the hammocks in the garden, a coffee and a book in the hammock is a perfect start into the day :) - we absolutely recommend this villa, loved it!

As a group of friends we really enjoyed the property and had so much space. The furnishings are to a really high standard and we loved the large pool!

Casa Rosita is just perfect . Plenty of room, well equipped and a short walk to beaches and restaurants. Pool is excellent. The property is so well managed . Communication is quick and clear.We had a fantastic time and we will return !

We had a fantastic week staying at Casa Rosita. The villa is really lovely and the location right next to the beach is brilliant. There’s a nice restaurant on the beach too. We all loved the pool, especially the kids. Maria was a great host and the villa was well equipped, even having a spare buggy that we could use. We would definitely recommend Casa Rosita, it is a very special place and we made many happy memories there. It would be worth hiring a car for sometime during your stay so you can explore Ibiza.

The villa is very well equipped, plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out and chill, and a great location. The pool is ideal for young and old, and being able to walk to the beach, and good restaurants within minutes is ideal. We highly recommend Casa Rosita.

Die Gastgeber sind total nett und helfen einem sofort wenn man fragen hat. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sowie auch die gesamte Gartenanlage und Pool! Eine schöne neue Küche und moderne Badezimmer sind in dem Haus vorhanden. Bis auf das Einzelzimmer sind alle Schlafzimmer mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus. Wir hatten mit 9 Leuten (alle um die 30 Jahre alt) einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Casa Rosita. Vielen Dank Maria!

We stayed with 5 adults and 2 kids for one week in this beautiful house. Everything was just perfect! The house was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen was recently renovated and brand new. There are two seperate areas on the upper floor which makes staying with two families extremely convinient. We enjoyed sitting outside (front and back) and the kids loved the huge swimming pool! The location is amazing as the beach (Niu Blau - our favorite beach for families!) is just a few steps away! The hosts are super super friendly and let us drop off our luggage hours before check-in. We will definitely return and can recommend Llanos' house for the perfect Ibiza holidays!

Grande maison confortable, propre, climatisation dans les chambres efficace. Salles de bains top. Beau jardin avec grande piscine très agréable. Seule la cuisine mériterait d'être rénovée. Quelques coqs matinaux à proximité ;-)

Everything was even a little better than described on the website. Close to the beach, the house is very clean, the pool is "the place to be" and the excellent restaurant is only a few steps away. And the host is great and very responsive. We arrived at Casa Rosita and started enjoying our vacations because all basics are present at the house. By chance, we met the host in the restaurant nearby and he offered us an aperitif. Maybe it was because we were "lost-in-translation" with the waitress, that we became more than expected :-) Thank you very much! It is a great place to stay, with very nice people and I can recommend it to anyone

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 15 jours dans la Casa Rosita. La localisation est idéale : plage toute proche (avec 2 restos et un bar), supermarché à 5 minutes, Santa Eulalia avec ses commerces et restaurants à moins de 10 minutes...le tout dans un très bel environnement calme et très bien entretenu. La piscine est grande et très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses (une seule est climatisée) et la maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et de la disponibilité pour nos questions. Bref, rien à redire ! Nous garderons cette adresse précieusement et nous reviendrons!

An absolutely beautiful villa set in large peaceful grounds and less than a 1-minute walk to the beach. The villa has everything you'd need and did feel like a home for the week, the kids particularly appreciated the buckets, spades and large inflatable flamingo!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Casa Rosita. Die Beschreibung passt 100%ig. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut, wir waren mit 9 Personen da (3 Familien), jede hatte ihren Bereich. Der Pool ist super. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, man kann die Kinder auch mal toben lassen. Der Weg zum Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu bewältigen, der Strand für Kinder ideal, für Strandspaziergänge aber zu klein. Sara ist sehr nett und hat unsere Fragen immer sofort beantwortet. Ggf. Mückenschutz mitnehmen, wir hatten nicht mit so lästigen Mücken nach dem September-Regen gerechnet. Der Eroski Supermarkt hat alles, was man braucht, und eine sehr gute Fischtheke. Der Abzweig von der Hauptstraße zur Casa Rosita ist von einer Mülltonne verdeckt. Wir werden die Casa Rosita unseren Freunden empfehlen und gerne wiederkommen. Danke an Llanos und Sara.

The Niu Blau beach is a stones throw away with easy access to the coastal path. Follow it for secluded swimming spots, other beaches, restaurants and beach clubs. The house has Es Canar and Santa Eularia on the doorstep so plenty of facilities nearby (supermarkets, shops etc). Hosts are great and very responsive and both check in and check out were completely pain free. Would suggest renting a car if you want to get around the island otherwise download the Ibiza taxi app (as explaining the address is difficult over the phone if you’re not fluent Spanish speaker). If I am being overly critical - the WiFi could be a little better - but then again you should be outside enjoying the pool anyway. Great place to stay and would recommend to anyone.

This is a spacious villa and grounds which feels very secluded but is less than 100m from a pretty beach and similar distance to bus stops. The pool is an absolute highlight and there are so many areas in and around the property for sitting out. Careful thought has gone into the design and fit out of the 3 excellent bathrooms. Many facilities and items are provided and Llanos and housekeeper Sara were very attentive to a couple of requests for assistance including booking our airport taxis back. A proper sized Eroski supermarket is 10-12 minutes walk away if you don’t have a car. (Tip: buy a week’s worth of water and get a cab back!) a Europcar depot is near the supermarket. The beach is just by the back gates. A friendly local restaurant, a more up-market one (Pura Vida) and a great bar at the end of the beach with a great owner and chilled vibes. You can walk along coastal paths in both directions. Santa Eulalia is a very manageable 30 minutes, or a more direct and quicker walk along the fairly featureless main road. If you don’t know it the town is great - check your guide books for features and ambience. Buses locally are every 20-30 mins and every 15 to/from Ibiza town. San Antoni has several buses from the bus station per day, otherwise go via Ibiza Town; it won’t add much to time or cost. So it was a great villa for our party of 7adults and 2 children. We were there in mid August with temps around 29-32 and the a/c in the lounge and downstairs bedroom were very welcome; fans everywhere else. Llanos and Sara were great. Fab holiday. Would recommend

A stunning villa set in amazing grounds with beautiful views. The villa is located so close to the beach, it was perfect for us. It had a fantastic pool, especially for kids. The house keeper Sara and the property owners could not do enough for us. Really can’t recommend this villa enough.

Both the owner and the housekeeper were so helpful and always got back to us promptly with any of our questions. Would highly recommend staying at this property. Thank you Casa Rosita! I’m sure we will be back!

Lovely villa and looked after well by sarah and llanos . A lot of places not open late october but bar on beach just steps away open 11-6pm.(food great). Handy for buses into town which ran regularly. Very spacious villa with lots of sitting out areas and everything provided. Strongly recommend unless you wanted to walk out to a bar every night.

Second stay here and I didn’t think it was possible to love it anymore but I did! It feels like home. The house and it’s space is great, the pool is incredible, the location is ideal so close to a great beach with fab restaurants and bars. Short easy walk to town. Can’t wait to go back again

We have a great time at Casa Rosita. Fantastic location 2 min from beach and restaurant. We were 2 families with teenagers. Rooms ideal for this as similar and therefore easy to sort where everyone wishes to sleep. Beach style pool edge ideal for families. Owner is attentive and sorted a unpredictable problem as quickly as possible. Would return.

We loved every minute of our time at Casa Rosita. The owners were so kind, thoughtful, and very responsive. You feel in such great hands the whole time. The location, the peace, the setting and space is just perfect. Such a great and happy holiday was had. We hope to return one day. Thank you!

Super maison tout confort, idéal pour un séjour en famille. La propriété est magnifique avec son coin détente dans les hamacs, sa grande piscine et le grand coin repas à l’extérieur abrité du soleil. La plage ainsi que son restaurant ne se trouve qu’à 50 mètres de la maison ce qui est très appréciable. La maison est très bien située et pas loin des commerces de Santa Eulalia. Nous avons eu un très bel accueil et un super service en cas de besoin de la part du propriétaire. Je recommande vivement ce coin de paradis!!!!

Hemos encontrado lodo lo que el anuncio promete. Los propietarios muy amables y atentos. Reclamaciones ninguna por nuestra parte. La ubicación para nosotros estupenda: a tres pasos de nuestra playa preferida NIU BLAU. Hay terrazas sufucientes para cada gusto: sol o sombra. La piscina tiene un tamanio que permit nadar (y no solo mojarse, como otras). Seguro que volveremos

Absolutely loved our stay here. The villa is incredible, the pictures don’t do it justice. Great location easy walk to town but also has a stunning beach 1 min walk away and also some lovely bars and restaurants on its doorstep. Sara the hous manager was brilliant, so responsive to any questions we had. The owner was also great with communication. I think I will be returning here for many years to come!

we are visiting ibiza since more than 20 years , and we didn`t found so an eclusive, nice and calm place like the casa rosita. perfekt for a relaxed holiday with family or good friends ( or both ). from the cleanliness, nice facility , the incredible big pool, , the charming surroundings and the short way ( 2 min ) to the beach are only some of the virtues of the casa rosita. in one sentence: " this casa was for us like our own home !" We will come again
