The cottage was cosy and in a quiet location. The rooms, bedding and towels were clean, and Maria offered to change the bedding and towels mid-way through our five nights' stay. Hagi 2 was ideally placed for exploring the southern and central areas of the West Fjords. The view from the property was nice and we were able to use the table and chairs on the decking for a couple of meals in the warm sunshine. The cottage was comfortable for two, but I think it would be challenging for four adults to share the space.

The tiny sink in the kitchen was difficult to use especially as the large tap did not swivel out of the way. The inside of the microwave needed a good clean.

A cute little house close to the ferry harbour. A fine place for one night stay for 2 adults + 2 children (could have been a bit too tiny for 4 adults + all luggage). The tiny kitchen contained all we needed , so did the bathroom. Easy check-in/out, a parking place for the car right next to the house. Very quiet night - would be glad to stay again.

Superb location next to the farm and a church in middle of nowhere. Not far from the ferry Harbor. Really quiet tiny house with bathroom, small kitchen, small room and sofa bed for the kids . Some chocolates on arrival, thanks.

There were not too many options to stay in this part of Iceland. We loved the hut and the location and it suited is perfectly (family of four visiting in July).

Kitchen is a bit small and the grill is half broken but we did manage to grill some meat and veg. A new grill would improve things a lot.

bad Wi-Fi and no horses to be seen. sofa was quirky to open.

This cabin was super cute. The photos don’t do justice. I recommend updating the photos. When we booked this place it was because it was our only option around the area. We weren’t expecting much from looking at the photos, but when we got there that changed. The cabin was so cute. My friends wanted to live in a cabin like this. It was small but enough space for 3. Very cozy. I like that there was an option to watch netflix. We enjoyed a visit from their dog. Super cute dog.

There were a few small dead flys on the roll up curtains. If you roll it out you will see them. Also, a giant fly was flying around, we had to kill and a tiny beetle 🪲 on the table while we ate. The coffee maker looked dirty and old. May need replacement.

A lovely little cabin in the Icelandic countryside. Remote and relaxing with everything you'd need to have a weekend getaway.

This was a great little home on a farm. It's right off Route 1. It has a full kitchen - make sure you bring food if you plan to eat as there is nothing close by. The home has big windows and would be great for watching northern lights.

Great location, nice view, outdoor patio could be very comfortable in summer time, though we are not able to use it because it is too cold. Cozy room, spacious living area and comfortable bed and Beddings. Kitchen and bathroom are little tiny but serve the function. Great value.

Tight space in bedroom, but manageable. Small kitchenette but workable. A grater and sieve would be useful and maybe a tray for draining washing up?

The cabin is very nice and in a beautiful location, very close to the main road. The cabin was unexpectedly big, it has very comfortable bad room, a nice living room, an open kitchen and, of course, a bathroom. Everything was spotless clean. The check in and check out were contactless, but our host was very communicative and gave us all the details on how to find them. We really enjoyed staying here and we would stay again, but next time we would stay more then one night. :)

The house is very nice, clean, a lot of nice details and all that you need for a comfort stay. It’s situated in the wonderful environment, in the nature. The host gave us all the information needed, we were sorry not to meet her by person. A place to stay some more days and enjoy all that it has to offer. 🤩
