Great location (1.3 mile walk to plaza…easy!). Fabulous outdoor space…you won’t want to leave!! We had several take out meals and cooked in just to stay and enjoy patio and stars!

Had a wonderful stay. Property was in a great location, clean, well fitted out. Had 9 of us, which worked reasonably well. Ideal group size is probably 8 or less. Clear easy communication with owner.

Pro: The property was wonderful. Such a beautiful place. Very lovely home, amenities were great, location perfect. Very relaxing environment. Con: This is not 4 bedroom. The room with bunk bed is the size of a closet and the bed unsafe with no rails. Internet was in and out but probably a problem with service in the area.

Our friend and family found the house provided everything we needed and more. (The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working.) Every other detail was perfect.

Very comfortable home with many amenities. Emily, the host was gracious and very accommodating. Rate entire experience a 10!

Exceptional property, inside and out. We are making this an annual visit! Quiet, starry evenings on the patio. No traffic noise and only 5 minutes from downtown, restaurants and a great grocery store. Dog friendly, with a landscaped grass area. We loved the kitchen! Courtyard has beautiful Aspens and a welcoming entryway. This home is well maintained and artfully decorated with comfort in mind. Two living “rooms” and so many amenities. This is the BEST VRBO we’ve leased over the last 25+ years and the owners respond quickly to any questions while you’re residing there. Our Golden Retriever Pyrenees was comfortable from the moment we walked through the door, as were we! We spent 5 beautiful days the last week of September. I stayed with 3 adult women friends for a long celebratory weekend. We all LOVED the house. We stayed in Friday night just so we could really enjoy it. We thought it was a little too far to plaza to walk to it. We did have a rental car, though, so no problems. In addition, I had to get an Uber one night and had no problem getting a pick up. Highly recommend!

The property was really stunning, located in a quite neighborhood but still close to town. The outdoor areas were awesome. We had planned to enjoy a dinner on the patio but unfortunately rain thwarted our plans. We had a small issue not having the access lockbox code prior to arriving, but the owner was very quick to reply and provide it. Would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous home and property. The owners left us a bottle of champagne, deer were eating the patio flowers one morning. The home and art were stunning. The communication was great and quick. I would stay here again! Lovely time!

This is a beautiful home located fairly close to downtown Santa Fe. It's maybe a tad far for walking distance, but very easy to pop into town, the O'Keefe Museum, farmer's market, art/craft market, and other local attractions. Nice and functional kitchen, great hot tub, and neat decor. I highly recommend this for a stay in Santa Fe, and if I go back to Santa Fe, I will book this place again!

This darling vacation rental was full of beauty and as homey as could be! Not only was it decorated for the holidays, but the kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook our meals (one of the main reasons we stay in VRBOs). Emily was super-communicative and helpful. This place was perfect for our vacation!

I traveled with three other high school friends for a three day weekend in Santa Fe. This was our first trip to this beautiful and charming city. The house was just as advertised. Lots of indoor and outdoor space for a large group to spread out. The kitchen is very well appointed and has most items one would need to cook large meals of any kind. We did have one small glitch regarding communication prior to arrival bc the owner hadn't gotten my message on VRBO. I believe the glitch was on the VRBO side and not the owner. We also had a little trouble getting the key out of the lock box, but once we figured out that we had to include all the numbers AND the symbols. We enjoyed the fireplace nightly, but would have appreciated information about the exhaust fan prior to using the fireplace. One last suggestion would be for the owner to provide zip lock bags or aluminum foil for left overs and lighter blankets for beds - because heavy comforters aren't comfortable for

This home was perfect for the needs of 5 friends gathering to celebrate a milestone. Private, quiet area, yet close to everything, lovely and very comfortable.

We loved staying here! It was so beautiful with so many special touches. It was open, clean, and had fantastic amenities. Spent our days exploring outside and cooking and nights relaxing in the hot tub.

Outstanding property in the best location in town. I grew up in SF, and my extended family still lives there. Renting this house with five friends for a week of mountain biking (and eating) was the best decision of our trip. Communication with the property owner was easy and super relaxed, the house is beautiful and comfortable with great outdoor living spaces, and the location is perfect: it feels secluded, yet you are 3 minutes from downtown Santa Fe. It's a pleasant 20 minute walk to the Plaza and innumerable restaurants. While we stayed in summer, it would be a excellent location for winter activities as well, as it sits right at the bottom of the road up to the ski basin. I will absolutely stay here again. I just have to convince my parents not to be offended that I'm not staying with them.

This home was perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer. The architecture and all of the beautiful touches were so authentic. I want to live here! Only quick feedback is that the listing said it was walking distance from downtown. Not really true. Second, when we showed up, we had received no instructions on how to get into the house. We texted the owner (we had her number through the VRBO listing) and she immediately replied with the door code.

A great location for a reunion of three couples. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. The patio was perfect for take out dining. Could not get the sound on the TV but did not really need it. Enjoy the hot tub. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Lovely trip with a few female friends after surviving the hell hole of teaching high school during covid. The place was lovely, we were able to walk downtown (a little far but it didn’t bother us), and it was the perfect home base for our trip!
