The info on VRBO was misleading. 1. the info listed parking as included. we learned the day of arrival it was not. The ad listed that the kitchen was well stocked. it was not. we had wine glasses and dished sent to us by Amazon. There were not enough dishes for 4 people. The furniture was decrepit. I had better furniture in college. The tvs did not work upon arrival. The apartment was dirty. i would never recommend this apartment or manager to anyone. it was my first time using VRBO and I was completed disappointed. And there were no instructions on usage.

We enjoyed your condo. It worked perfect for five adults...plenty of room. Two full baths is nice! The balcony is amazing and we also loved the rooftop pool! It is within walking distance to everything you need...Walgreens, liquor store, restaurants, bars, shops. It was an easy 35 minute Uber ride from Ft. Lauderdale airport. We got an Uber easy even at 4 am. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Lovely condo everything we needed

Great location, beds clean, amazing deck. However a couple of things-smoke detector wires hanging from ceiling without a smoke detector and the master bathroom walls should be scrubbed. Like they were cleaned with a dirty, hairy mop.

Condo as described, but not stocked for cooking. Lacks basic pots, bowls and salt/pepper. Location is on Ocean, but far enough south that noise is not a problem. Steps to Walgreens, restaurants, beach and even bike rentals. A/C works well and host is responsive. Would recommend.

The property is within a short walk of the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Plus for Uber people pick-up and drop-off is right of the property is just off where traffic starts to back up.

The condo is beautiful , perfect for a weekend away. Spacious and clean , in a fabulous location , close to spa, yoga , fitness , beach , nightlife . Can’t think of anything we wanted that wasn’t available . Owner is responsive and so helpful .

The condo, the owner (Reza) and the neighborhood were sensational. The condo is in a new construction in the quiet and prestigious South of Fifth neighborhood, which is across the street from the beach and minutes away from amazing restaurants and the vibrant South Beach scene. The condo itself is exactly as in the pictures and the deck/balcony is huge (and gets the sun all afternoon). Reza was extremely helpful and available whenever needed - we've already booked for next year. Highly recommended.

Esta ubicado en un lugar estrategico, practicamente sobre la playa sobre la Ocean, y ademas sobre la 5° que permite una salida sumamente rapida hacia todos los lugares turisticos de la region. Es nuestro lugar de Familia, ya son dos veces que hemos estado alli y seguiremos tomandolo todas las veces que vayamos a Miami.

The condominium was within walking distance of South Beach, restaurants, and convenience stores. The kitchen was low on forks and spoons and no blender. You will have to bring your own soap as none was supplied in the bathrooms. The master bathroom toilet stopped flushing. However, the owner is very responsive if you need anything.

We had a great stay! The layout of the apartment was excellent and we had so much room on the deck. A few things that could have been better- no broom! We ended up buying one which was necessary bc of sand and other first on the floors. Also, wifi was terrible. was not reliable at all. Overall the place was awesome and we would love to stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need and is ideally located across the street from the beach. Shops and restaurants are all walking distance

Great stay and enjoyed the condo, location, rooftop pool and beds were very comfortable.

We stayed at this condo with another couple and it was the perfect amount of space and privacy. We each had our own bathroom and bedroom across the apartment from each other. We had the entire floor in the building which gave us extra privacy. The condo had just the right immunities to make us feel at home, being able to relax in the morning and cook breakfast, pack coolers for the beach, and enjoy late night snacks. The location couldn't have been better. Directly across the street from the beach, far enough away from the busy section of ocean drive but an easy walk, Walgreens around the corner and the amazing restaurant Prime Steak house just down the road. Easy check in and out at the hotel next door and access to plenty of beach towels. I'm thinking of going back with a group of girls next year and would definitely consider staying here over a small hotel

This condo is worth EVERY penny. It is exactly as described: close to everything, giant outside terrance, nice rooms. Hosts are also very nice people and respond quick with all requests you have. Well worth it & I fully recommend it.

This was my second time coming and it was just as amazing as the first. Lina is extremely accommodating. The place is beyond comfy and great amenities. Our microwave wasn't heating up food and Lina was able to get a replacement within hours! Love the touch of the grass on the balcony. The group that I came with loved the look, the feel and how close everything was. I've been to Miami every year since 2007, and I can sincerely say, this was the best vacation spot I have stayed in. I will definitely be back. #LockinginRoom301

We stayed at the condo with another couple. Get location, great deck, clean and lots of room. The condo is situated at 5th and Ocean which is the start of about 10 blocks going towards 15th with lots of bars and restaurants. Great walk, lots of action. The beach is across the street, boardwalk is great for a run or walk in the morning, it goes for miles. There is a liquor store and Walgreens across the street as well as a Publix about 7 blocks up 5th ave. The only thing we wish that we would have had was a BBQ for the deck. Definitely recommend this condo
