Property was in a great location close to most beaches.. neighborhood is very quiet.. the goats walking through the neighborhood was a pleasant surprise.

This was our first time in Aruba and I couldn’t be happier with our accommodations. The trip started off not so great with the airline messing up our boarding pass and basically pushing our travel plans back a day. I contacted Jose and the team and they were understanding. They adjusted our accommodations last minute without hesitation. Once we arrived we fell in love with the house. My toddler loved being in the pool for hours. The house was clean, spacious, and private. Communication was easy and quick. The check in and check out process was smooth. We will definitely be coming back during our future stays in Aruba!

We had a great time at the house. great space for all of us. Our daughters loved having the pool! The place is beautiful and welcoming.

The Great: The house is a great setup, with living areas separate from three bedrooms, each with private bath and private terrace. We could be sociable with our friends, or could find time alone. The living area has nice high ceilings, cold AC, and pretty comfortable furnishings. Everything was clean and neat, everything worked, and it was obvious the owners had thought about the needs of potential guests. Location was OK, a pretty easy drive to get to any stores, restaurants, or activities. The Not So Great: Beds were pretty hard, and the pillows need to be replaced. Pool was mostly very shallow, and quite small. It was perfect for small children, a little cramped for adults. There were a few broken and worn things that I would have thought would be fixed immediately: broken LED on the pool steps, sun shades at the outdoor terrace. Not a huge deal, just not quite in keeping with what I expected.... I would also strongly suggest the owners replace the non-stick pans, which are showing their age. The Weird: Mentioned nowhere in the property description is the fact that hot water is only piped to the showers. Not the kitchen, not the bathroom sinks. It was also not consistently hot. We didn't have a problem with it; it was just a little strange, and required that we stagger our showers to make sure we each got hot water. Final Verdict: My title says it all. Not stellar, but just fine. We would consider returning.

This house was perfect for me and my family. The layout of the rooms apart from the living space added to individual privacy, and the location was very close to all of the dining and activities my 20-something kids wanted to do.

Nice property for groups traveling together. Three separate units with private baths, nice kitchen and living area, great pool and outdoor area. Communication with owners was outstanding.

We just returned from our wonderful stay in Aruba, at the Topaz 35 home. Jose and Rixt were great hosts and the property was amazing. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and quick. The house is in a great location close to many restaurants, casinos and beautiful beaches. Our favorite beaches to swim and snorkel were Arashi and Boca Catalina beaches, which are about a five minute drive. The drive to the natural pools at Conchi is well worth it. Make sure you bring your snorkel gear to see all the amazing sea life in the pools. Topaz 35 has everything you need for a relaxing vacation and was equipped and very clean. We used the provided beach chairs and cooler every day. The pool and BBQ area was great and we cooked on the grill a couple time during our stay. The layout of the home is great for a large group because you all have very private bedrooms with your own patio. We highly recommend Topaz 35 and hope to return again soon. Thank you again for everything.

This prpoperty has everything you need except a view. Kitchen, all rooms with bathroom, pricate driveway, and fully stocked kitchen. Property managers were great and always available. Not far from the beach our shopping area. Beautiful island as a whole, just missing a view of the ocean. Great olace to stay for families and couples that want private rooms with bathrooms and private entrance in avery safe neighborhood.

We recently stayed at this wonderful home from July 28 - August 3, 2019. The house was exactly as advertised, very clean and well appointed. The pool area was beautiful and very private. The bedrooms were spacious and very clean. The house had everything we needed and the owners were just a phone call away. The neighborhood was very quite and we always felt safe. The house is 4 miles or less from the high-rise hotels on Palm beach, restaurants and shops. Other beaches were very close as well. A car is definitely needed if you want to explore the island. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely return to this property or one of Jose and Rixt other properties.

Beautiful house and grounds

My family had the pleasure of experiencing a two-week stay at Topaz 35 at the end of March. The house is clean, beautifully decorated, and very well appointed. The 3-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath set up with a large great room was perfect for three couples to experience togetherness as well as private time, and we made very good use of the immaculate pool and outdoor seating area. Jose and Rixt responded immediately to all questions we had before and during our stay. Overall, a fantastic vacation.

Rental experience with Casa Mia Aruba was outstanding as usual. The house setup was a bit quirky with the bedrooms and bathrooms separated from the kitchen and living area but the house and property were gorgeous as was the pool. Disappointed by the broken ice maker in the fridge but overall rate the house and experience a 5 out of 5 stars. I will definitely use Casa Mia Aruba again next time we want to spoil ourselves with a beautiful vacation rental experience!

We found Topaz 35 to be a spacious, well kept house that worked well for our stay. We were three couples and never felt crowded or lacked privacy. The property is exactly as shown in the photos, with no surprises. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood, close to beaches, and only a short drive to the Super Foods for all your needs. What few problems we encountered during our stay were quickly addressed and resolved by our host, Jose. The pool, a bit on the small size, was a great way to refresh oneself on a hot afternoon. Jose, the property manager, was waiting for us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know about the house. We are sure that if your vacation plans involve a number of couples or a family with children, Topaz 35 will meet all your needs. Our only regret was that we did not stay longer but we are working on plans to return next January.

We had a great week staying at this property. The house and amenities were as described. The Marin family were very attentive and responded quickly to any concerns. The property is located close to the high rise hotels, shopping and to several beautiful beaches! We would rent this property or any of the other Casa Mia properties in the future!

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful however if you are coming with small children the bedrooms are not attached to the main building. It’s a great house for couples not children. The house was clean and had everything. The owners are great could not ask for better host. Pool area was great. Kitchen had everything. We had zero problems. Thank you so much and will definitely be booking with you guys again. Can’t wait til next year we are seeing you again.

Very nice house close to palm beach and restaurants. Jose and Casa Mia were great to work with.

This was such a perfect getaway with an amazing kitchen, pool, and living spaces for all! The only (minor) complaint was the dog barking occasionally next door at night. This did not “break” the trip for us though as the use of AC helped to drown it out. I would highly suggest this location to anyone wanting a wonderful getaway that’s more secluded- a great place to rejuvenate and rest but also close enough to any excursions or night life you may enjoy too!

My husband and I and 2 other couples just spent 10 lovely days in Aruba and stayed at Topaz 35 and we enjoyed it very much. It was perfect for 3 couples. We didn't have any major issues but what small issues we did have, Jose was right there to fix it. Jose and Rixt through out all my planning were there for any questions I had. Thank you Jose and Rixt for making the housing part of our vacation hassle free. We will definitely be staying at Topaz 35 another time or one of your other homes. Thank you. Donna and Mark
