Title: Wonderful Beachfront Studio Stay on the 14th Floor Review: We recently enjoyed an exceptional 3-day stay at this stunning 14th-floor studio apartment, perfectly situated right on the beach. From the moment we stepped in, the cleanliness and organization of the space were immediately apparent, showcasing the host's attention to detail and care for their guests' comfort. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a seamless and enjoyable stay. One highlight was the Lavazza coffee machine, which came with a generous supply of coffee pods, allowing each of us to savor a delightful cup of coffee daily. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with all the basic necessities, including washing-up liquid, which added a touch of convenience to our stay. Sleeping comfort is crucial, and the bed in this studio did not disappoint. It was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights and energized mornings. Although our itinerary was packed with sightseeing activities, preventing us from using the building's pool and other amenities, we appreciated having the option available. Overall, our stay was lovely, and we are grateful for the hospitality extended to us. This is one of the best places I have ever booked. The host were great and very responsive. The location is great and the studio is beautiful. I will be back. Excellent service from the front desk. Great food in the area.

Had a great trip, despite crummy weather, and really enjoyed our stay. This is indeed exactly like being at the hotel, sans the service to the room. Really nice place to stay, location is great, view is fantastic (those sun rises!) and there's so many ways to relax.

The room is very nice The location, wow. Amazing views of the ocean and sunrise. They only thing is the coffee maker. It is not keurig maker. Don’t bring your own, the will not fit. Having the chairs at the beach is a huge plus, despite having to rent the umbrella, still a perk. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

This was exactly like staying in a hotel. Location is awesome… tons of restaurants and shopping around. Beach is close by and pool IDs also am option.

We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to visit again. The view was spectacular with easy access to the elevators. The beach service with chairs, towels and bottles of water made going to the beach so easy. The beach service offers umbrellas for an additional fee. We went to the onsite spa for massages which was fabulous. The food and service at the onsite restaurant was very good. There are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff were all so pleasant and accommodating. Gus the owner of the unit was also very accommodating and got back to me with answers to my questions in a timely manner. Thank you Gus.

We enjoyed our stay. I was initially concerned about 14th floor but the view was wonderful and there is easy access to the elevators, pool deck, and lobby. Hotel restaurant was very good and gift shop provided most essentials. Good corner location with a light made crossing over to the beach easy enough. The beach service with chairs and towels was nice. Umbrellas available at a cost. Overall a good experience.

The location was awesome and right across the street from the beach. As part of the stay chairs, towels and water were availble on the beach. There were many restaurant choices in the area and the ones we ate are were amazing. I would recomend this property!!!

Veranda, kitchenette, and spacious bathroom are this units best attributes! As with any VRBO unit we have rented there are improvements that can be made. As stated by other renters the pillows on the bed need to be replaced immediately - enough on that. The mattress is terrible if you have any back issues. Sleep in the center and its fine! Owners were contacted our first day and they responded immediately to a noise problem we had with the unit above us (drilling by tenant). They were great! Hotel staff at the front desk were great! The pool snack bar employees are not all friendly. I was shocked by one employees attitude when I ordered drinks and food at the bar. I decided to give a small or no tip to the gentleman but come to find out there is an automatic 18% tip on the bill - no wonder he had a terrible attitude!!! Only ordered there once during our 8 day stay due to that experience. Beach was wonderful! Such a short walk across the street and clean. Beach lounge chairs are padded and very comfortable. Water is supplied with no limit and plenty of towels are supplied. Only issue is the $30 charge to rent an umbrella! Hugh Taylor Birch State Park is a 10 minute walk to the North with trails for walking or biking. It runs along the intercoastal waterway with benches and picnic tables. Great place to walk to avoid the road traffic and have some peace and quiet! We used UBER to go out most nights for dinner - no need to rent a car. Also there are restaurants close by.

Perfect location to beach and restaurants and just off the main drag are some hidden gems for good food. The beach was well kept just across the road for easy access. Will go back!

Everything was wonderful! The view was amazing! This unit in the Atlantic Resort & Spa is truly is a luxury condo. The hosts of this condo were very accommodating and accessible. J. Terry

Vacation

The Atlantic Hotel and spa in Fort Lauderdale Florida was nice but the front Desk employees weren’t the friendliest. And the pigeons and their poop was everywhere outside that was my biggest complaint, but it’s not their fault.

The room was great. The view was spectacular. We had everything we needed. There were several good restaurants nearby. It was an easy walk across the street to the beach where there were chairs and towels. The pool was nice. We would recommend this rental and hope to stay again sometime.

So thankful we decided on this unit. The view and accommodations were top notch. We really enjoyed the resort and the location.

Direct ocean front

The water view from the 14th floor was a delight. Pelicans flew in formation passed us as we sipped our morning coffees, before we donned our swim suits and walked across the street for a long, luscious, swim in the warm, morning waters of the Atlantic.

We loved the room. Will definitely be back. We average 5 visits a year, and this was by far our fav location.

Perfect get-away! Very very clean, the view was amazing, great location and the room was super super comfortable, including the bed!

What a great time we had at The Atlantic! The unit was absolutely beautiful and we are already discussing a return visit! The view was spectacular and the photos and description of the well maintained unit was very accurate. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio while looking out at the ocean, the nice thick towels, and water pressure in the shower! Bike riding was fun and the beach umbrella and chairs were a convenient touch. The staff at The Atlantic were very accommodating and friendly. They were always helpful when we had questions about the hotel and surrounding area. Lisa and Chris at the pool bar provided outstanding service and we hope to see them again when we return. We look forward to visiting again soon!
