Frank was a GREAT host. He texted a couple of days ahead to ask if we had any questions, he communicated about the check in process well, then checked in with us several times after check in. We were there over New Years with our young children. Frank kept in touch with us throughout New Year’s Eve to see when we would be back so he didn’t have music on too loud when we came home with our kids. He was over the top considerate! The house was exactly as pictured and a great location. Thanks for a great stay!

Some college friends and I stayed at Frank's house while on a graduation trip in Fort Lauderdale, and when we arrived at the house we found a mirror which had fallen and shattered, causing significant damage to the sink and vanity below it. We immediately notified Frank regarding the issue, and about a day later, he blamed us for the damage and demanded that we come up with the money to pay for the repair. After I refused to pay for damage that we hadn't caused, Frank came up with several additional fees for us to pay, which were not specified anywhere on the website. Overall, the house itself was nice enough, but I feel like Frank treated us really poorly. I really hate leaving negative reviews and I've never done something like this before, but I just feel like our experience with Frank was awful enough that other potential renters should at least be aware. If you're planning renting this property you should definitely be careful, make sure that you determine the exact cost of the rental beforehand, Frank may try to change the cost post hoc.

The host was great and the property too! He was very helpful with any questions and/or concerns that I had. The location is tucked away so there isn’t a lot of noise and it was perfect for vacation.

Great location, 5 min to grocery store, liquor store, gas station, dunkin donuts, etc. Fairly close to several beaches and restaurants.. Beautiful property, private, lots to do, fit our needs perfectly. We had a great time.

Frank was great to work with and very easy to communicate with! We had a wonderful time at Frank’s place, playing games, bonding and laughing! Short ride to the beach, stores and restaurants! We had an absolutely wonderful time and can’t wait to stay again!

It was a cool place. However the tv in the room does not work. It’ll cut off as soon as it comes on. Also the sink in the room clogs. For the price would of just expected atleast the tv to work in the room and better comforters

Location of house was perfect. 15 min to Las Olas blvd, 20 to the beach, 25 to Hollywood beach and about 40 min to Miami. Frank was quick to respond to any questions I had, I highly recommend his place.

Frank was extremely helpful whenever i needed something and the home was beautiful with a lot of fun activities to do. We took out the kayak, played pool, played pac man, and just had a lot of fun overall. Frank is a super cool guy and I look forward to booking with him again.
