Property was clean & the location was good. Near to town centre. Had a scenic view of the Tyne river.

Heater in master bathroom & in 2nd room was not working. Housekeeping did not provide enough toilet rolls in both bathrooms. Only provided half used toilet roll. Also did not provide hand soap in both toilets

The location was great, with amazing views of the bridges and the river tyne. Has all the facilities needed for a family, washer/dryer, iron, microwave, etc. The apartment was very clean. We stayed a total of 12 days. They sent cleaners halfway through, which was a lovely surprise. They changed the towels, bedding, etc. Would recommend and will be staying there again on our next visit.

The bed sizes are smaller than we are used to. It can get stuffy at night, and It's not possible to keep the windows open if it's raining. A portable cooler would have been very handy.

Spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities you need. Lovely view.

Noise! Neighbours v rowdy. DESPERATELY NOISY cleaners came hoovering and banging at 9.25am but we specifically paid for late check out to sleep in. No shower gel.

A bit awkward upon arrival. More information about where to standby and wait for the host/keys would have been helpful.

great location and lovely views. nice area.

Excellent location seconds away from the quayside and 15 to 20 minute walk to city, although bus Q3 will get you there in 8. great view, comfortable and had everything we needed. has a shower and bath, washing machine (not used) but no dishwasher. Parking easy on a quiet no through route. would definitely stay again

nothing, but a soft sweeping brush would have been handy and as per a previous reviewer the breakfast bar is ok but not possible to use for a full sit down meal, the design means your knees get in the way. Maybe the space next to the sofa could have small fold up table? For one week both very minor observations and would not deter us staying again.
