Wonderful home. Super clean, the pool was spectacular and the home had lots of amenities. Everything was a quick drive away. Really enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait to go back!

Both the adults and kids really enjoyed our stay! We didn’t leave that backyard except to sleep. We were swimming, hot tubbing, putting, ate meals out there, and enjoyed the fire/lounge area each night & morning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We were 10-15 min from groceries, restaurants, hiking, etc. so the location was super convenient. My only negative feedback is around check in and heating the pool. Our flight arrived super early, so we reached out midday to see if the place would be ready early. We received an automated response that we would receive a text when the place was ready. We never received a text so we went to the house at 4pm at check-in, no earlier. I wish we would have received the text when it was actually ready. Even an hour early would have been nice. Cost to heat the pool was really significant, but we decided to do it so the kids could enjoy the water regardless of temperatures. We were told it takes five days to heat the pool and that there were guests staying on site checking out the day before we were checking in. If that’s true, the guests before and after us enjoyed the pool heat at our expense. Additionally, we don’t think the pool heat was actually working. The hot tub worked and overflows to the pool. That’s where the heat was coming from. Other than that, no complaints. Would definitely recommend others stay here!

We loved this home.

Beware - if you want to use the heat the pool or use hot tub, you need to give them several days advance notice, which is in the fine print. Customer service is outsourced to what seems like a call center and while the agents try, they are not very helpful. Overall, meh. Property was technically clean, but it did not have a clean feeling.

This place was above and beyond what we expected. The beds were all so comfy, house super clean and well appointed. Lots of little perks like games, floaties, outdoor fridge, well labeled remote controls and light switches throughout. Kitchen had a great inventory of pots/ pans/ cooking utensils. Good spice selection. Outdoor space was great. Couldnt ask for much more. Heated pool and hottub worked seamlessly, this was important to us as we were visiting from Canada to warm up. Thanks for a lovely stay! Would come back and recommend.

This house is beautiful. Plenty of room for our family and guests. Pool was amazing, hot tub was awesome, and the putting green was super cool. Will definitely stay here again.

The pool and spa are amazing, fire pits and features and outdoor kitchen were just what we needed this trip. Location close to everything and well set up house. Showers, beds and kitchen with garage to keep the rental in. Couldn't of asked for anything more!

Enjoyed property immensely. Close to hiking, golf and restaurants. Pool was great and all had a good time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Very comfortable home base for my family during our mini vacation visiting relatives. The back yard is spectacular. Highly recommended!

Great place, look forward to staying again

This is the second time I have rented Villa Tranquilla! Each time my friends and family have been so impressed with the home, but mostly the Amazing backyard! The pool/hot tub and the pergola are this prettiest layout! I love this house. There is no other rental home in Scottsdale for me!

Beautiful home as advertised, inside and outside. We spent most of the time in the pool. Hotel quality sheets and and kitchen utensils. Has everything you need in a home.

Really impressed as others with the outdoor features. Heated Pool, Hot tub, Putting green, nice seating area with fire pit, outdoor dining area - all awesome. Few minor things, all resolved promptly. My only complaint was, no early check in, even though it was ready (we waited by the school 1/10 mile away and no one came or went (was told waiting on inspection). Same when asked about a 1-hour delay in checkout, was told no, but when we looked, no one was checking in. Not a fan of the impersonal texting to communicate. Again, great place to stay! Location and amenities are perfect.

This property was exactly as listed. The back yard was so cozy and comfortable. Will definitely go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The backyard pool, hot tub, gas fire pit, putting green, grill, bar, etc … was outstanding. Our weather was cool, but the heated pool was worth the cost and we enjoyed the hot tub every day. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to use. A couple suggestions … some instructions for using the TV remotes and gas fire pit and pots. Some towel racks in the master bath are needed. A clock on the side of the house facing the pool area would be nice too. There were only 4 beach towels which was fine for us, but not enough if more than 4 people were staying here. We were told there was only a drip coffee maker, but it did have a beautiful Keurig coffee maker. The second bedroom with queen size bed could use a night stand on both sides, not just one. The arcade game was a bust, very difficult to understand how to use and lousy games on it from what we could tell. The board game selection was well worn and not very interesting, but as long as the weather is nice who needs board games with that backyard! Overall we were very happy with the house and would stay here again if returning to the Scottsdale area.

There was lots about this house to like. The backyard was very inviting and even though the weather during our entire stay wasn't great, rain almost every day, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, outdoor fire, seating area and TV's. The layout inside the house was great. A few things to note; 1) when we google Paradise Valley, this is definitely not the part of PV you see. While the neighborhood was safe and convenient to getting around, it isn't anything like the PV pics we saw. 2) House is definitely a rental and while the aesthetic is casual and comfortable, there were several things that didn't quite work. Trim in master shower coming off the shower, faucet and door handles not quite working or falling off, and a few other minor issues. Again, we enjoyed our time and our family of 4 adults had plenty of room to move around without getting in each others way.

The property was very well maintained. Fully furnished right down to soap and coffee filters. Clean comfortable.

From a yard perspective this house has it all. Hot tub, pool, fire table, outdoor eating, outdoor fridge, outdoor tvs…. Really there was no need to go inside! I did find that the home was missing a few essentials that make a good stay great! Ie. wine glasses, enough dishwasher tablets, the hot tub was finicky and there was no manual. A few extra amenities would make this property a 5 star.

Had a great time. Easy process for securing the property. Wished the remotes for pool and spa were working, but we still really enjoyed our visit.

We loved it all. It was a great location to everything we love in Scottsdale. The house was better than the pictures. Very spacious. But the backyard pool was the money. You have your own private resort. We woke up to a swim, ate all meals under the pergola, and stayed there the rest of the day. Then ended the night with a dip in the hot tub. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb types and this was the best. Even those that cost 3x as much. Modern, clean, and that backyard! I will definitely stay here again. If I ever moved to Scottsdale I would offer to buy this house. I loved it to much. You should rent it!

The backyard of this property is an absolute paradise. The pool, fire table and hot tub are 10 out of 10!

6 of us stayed and really enjoyed the property. A few recommendations…a full length mirror would’ve been great for 6 ladies to have and also the thermostat was set not to go below 74. It was 108 degrees outside! I did speak through text with someone and they lowered it to only 71. That is the lowest we could get it to. The outdoor area was paradise!

Eventhough I could never get the wifi to work or find a garage remote, the house was very clean and newly renovated. The back yard fire table and seating with covered area was wonderful.

Great floor plan--both indoor and outdoor spaces allowed for the 6 of us to spread out. Comfortable beds and furniture. The outdoor space is amazing and the gas fireplace with comfortable patio seating makes the cooler nights comfortable. I agree with another reviewer that there was a weird "sewage" smell rising from the drains during our stay but I was the only one of us who really noticed or cared. The one thing I would say is that we paid extra for the pool heat but we still felt like the pool was too cold even though daytime temps were in high 70's to 80's. We spent almost 4 weeks in the Scottsdale area at 2 different rental properties. I understand that we are in the desert and the things cool down in the night so to maintain pool heat is difficult. The other half of our stay was at a home that turned the heat up a bit at our request--so if pool time is very important to you I would caution you on that. The spa heats up nicely once you turn the jets on but it does not add to the pool heat.

The pictures online are deceiving. The house is nice but not that nice. Outside spaces are not as luxurious as pictured but they are nice. The rental was easy and worked out but had some serious bummers. Kitchen smelled due to dysfunctional disposal. Master bathroom had a stank but could not find source. Really only one wine glass? Sheets were absolutely terrible, scratchy to the max. Not enough garbage bags and outside can was full the day we arrived and cleaning crew did not think to take it to the curb for emptying the next morning, we did not see “garbage day” note until too late. Vacasa was really hard to get a hold of and so we just gave up after we got the pool heated (for extra money). We had a great vacation and wouldn’t be disappointed if the pictures were more accurate and it was a bit less expensive.

Our family had a great vacation at the house. The backyard is a fantastic place to spend the entire day. Everything was user friendly, and true to the pictures. Couple of things they need to fix - there was a sewage smell when you use the water in the house, and there were no wine glasses on the property - but I imagine those will get taken care of following this review. Overall a great way to spend a few days away from the snow.
