Loved the location and the property was perfect for our needs.

Not for the older crowd or hard to fall asleep-ers. Can't beat the location - convenient to everything. Step out of the building and you are in the middle of it all. Beach easy access across the street. This unit was not quiet - directly next door to bar that doesn't shut down until 2am which is great for the party crowd. The space itself was comfortable and sufficient, met all of our needs. Would definitely recommend it for a younger crowd.

Location is excellent. Condo has enough space. Sofa bed broken so definitely only 2 people until that is fixed. Bathroom can use a remodeling or at least a deep clean. Overall nice stay. Check in and check out processes were super easy

We booked this for a girls weekend getaway and it was PERFECT! Had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. It’s located directly across the beach as well so it was easy to transport all our items right over and have a great day by the water. The restaurant outside the condo has super good food and drinks! Staff at the condo was friendly and had great communication! Would definitely book again, the 4 of us were very comfortable there!

This home is just what we were looking for; cozy without being tight in space, incredibly clean, boho beach vibe. Enough space for more adults, but we loved that it was just us two with lots of space. The guest house is an added plus, equally as clean, and well appointed. I have only good things to say about this property, and would rent again and again. The deck on the water offered so much. We saw much wildlife just sitting and watching, and could sit there for hours. The street is very quiet. Master bedroom bed is incredibly comfortable. Plenty of everything: towels, blankets, dishes. We couldn't have hoped for more.

We really enjoyed our stay, perfect for two people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, near many of the things we enjoy like the beach, restaurants, shopping and marina. Been to South Beach many times and would definitely return to this rental.

Location and cleanliness of condo was excellent. Size was perfect for quick 2 day stay for two. Only issue was window coverings allowed too much light in at night. Due to the bright street lights outside the room remained lit at night. The coverings are louvers. Need another shade underneath to block light at night.

The pull-out sofa bed was broken and not usable as a bed. Luckily, the actual bed was king size, so one of our daughters slept with us and the other on the sofa. The owner apparently knew about it because he sent someone in to look at it during our stay and we hadn't contacted anyone about it. So why wasn't it fixed or replaced before we arrived? Additionally, there was no rectification of the problem during our stay. The woman who let us in at check-in was on the property but did not answer our text or phone call when we arrived. We couldn't into the property as front door was locked. Other tenants came out while we were there, so we managed to get into the building. We received a phone call from her earlier in the day and she told us our apartment number. When we went upstairs to it, she was on the floor. Location was wonderful and property was as advertised other than the above.

Location was great! Right across the street from the beach and on Ocean Drive. We also had an easy time getting Uber’s to go into Miami. The beach chairs and umbrella was nice, otherwise we’d probably be spending money on the beach to rent them. There is a restaurant right outside, so do know you will hear noise until probably 11pm. Some lights do also stream in with the blinds closed, but it didn’t bother us. If noise or outside light may be an issue for you, the Art Deco area in general may not be the place for your stay.

Great stay, as has been mentioned in previous reviews you do hear some noice from the restaurant adjacent but it wasn’t an issue since it was always quiet by 10 or 11

We had a late night arrival into Miami ahead of a cruise. This was a great location, easy to access, close to beach, activites, etc. We were there two nights and had no issues at all. The air conditioning worked great, the bed was comfortable. We would stay again. Thanks for the great stay!

Great location right on the beach and awesome restaurants and things to do all in walking distance. Wasn’t prepared for the all the parking costs, but I should have planned on that. (we used the garage) . Suggest dropping off luggage before parking in the garage . Condo is spacious modern studio apartment style.

Close to beach and many restaurants Very convenient.... Not very enjoyable trying to sleep next to a restaurant blaring music until midnight. They definately need a do not disturb sign so management doesn't try to let themself into your rental at 9:30pm when the whole family is sleeping!

The condo looks exactly like the pictures. Nice and clean all around. Knob in shower a little hard to pull but we got use to it. Once again, great condo is a nice location.

Best part of this stay is the location. It is centrally located on South Beach and close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. That being said, don't bring a lot of luggage because there's almost never on street parking available and the closest parking garage is two blocks away. It's loud until about midnight (during COVID curfew) and there's no view from the room itself. The check in process said that we would be met in the lobby but we weren't. The security of the building had a thick accent and spoke very quickly. She was difficult to understand. She was irritated we didn't immediately have the building security code. I would definitely tell Helena you are there when you park instead of when you arrive at the building. Helena met us in the room, she very polite and helpful. The linens were clean and midrange quality. There was a small amount of sand in the room. The room was mostly clean but definitely could have used a deep clean. You could tell things had just been wiped down instead of scrubbed. This is all pretty typical of a VRBO. I think this property would be best for people going there to party. Most people in the building were pretty rude which is also typical of South Beach. You have to ride an old elevator because the stairs are for emergency only. The lobby and halls are decorated in art deco style. It looks pretty but there's often the smell of mildew, fish or smoke (cigarettes and pot) in the halls and elevator. Not in the room. The bathroom had great water pressure and the bed was pretty comfortable. I saw two of the typical Florida water bugs in the room. My opinion is there are bugs everywhere on the planet, it wasn't infested or anything. Overall, it was about what I expected for the low cost.

Great unit very close tocthe beaches and restaurants

This was a great location to stay in South Beach. Across from the beach, great food and night life all around. We ate at Big Pinks twice and loved it. Parking was less then a block away and was 20 bucks for 24 hours using the city lot at 7th and Collins. Thanks

Our stay was good and as described accept the windows are very thin and there is an alley right outside that people were partying in until 5am

Rarely does a rental look better than the online photos as this unit does. Unit was large and impeccably clean and the location across the street from the beach was just what we wanted. South Beach is noisy and crowded but also vibrant and diverse so it’s not for everyone but we loved it for a few days. Our contact person, Helena, was charming and efficient and very helpful. We kept on bumping into her on the streets near our unit and she was always cheerful and gave us some great local knowledge.

WOW! What a value! This property is the bargain of SoBe. its hard to believe that such clean, secure and just across Ocean Drive from the beach property can come at this price. the care taker Helena was awesome as was the owner! Highly recommend it.
