This condo was perfection! It was in an amazing location, across the street from the beach, within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Getting around was very easy with Uber. Being right on Ocean Drive was the perfect location for our girls trip. The inside was clean and spacious, the washer/dryer was Mia, but we were only there for a long weekend, so it wasn’t an issue for us. The rooftop pool was amazing!!!! I was virtually a private pool for us. The building was quiet and secure. And stopping at the pizza place on our way home from a night out was a perfect way to end the evening. I would recommend this property to any adults looking to get away and experience South Beach night life. We had an amazing time

Overall great space. Great location walking distance to the beach and many restaurants/bars. Rooftop pool was relaxing and great to have. Check in was easy and could leave our bags to use the pool until the space was ready for us since we arrived early. Only complaint is that the floors were very dirty but everything else was clean and maintained. Great kitchen and living space for hanging out with friends. Great time, thanks!

Stayed with myself my and 3 college age kids the week before Christmas. Property is exactly as pictured, very spacious, and in an excellent location right on the main strip next to all of the restaurants and clubs and right across the street from the beach. I rented a padded beach lounge chair for $20 per day across the street. The rooftop pool was nice and not crowded at all. The parking was easy I paid the attendant cash for the week and went in and out as I wanted. Did not think I would need the car, but we actually did use it every day. Had an issue with the Direct TVs not working when I got there. I was annoyed personally because I like TV and wanted to watch the NFL games, but I would stay there again regardless. They did end up fixing the TV situation, one of the boxes needed replaced and the other needed rebooted. That was probably a one-off. I did not use the kitchen but did use the washer and dryer which was nice to have. Overall it was a great location and excellent space.

This was the best location, right near the beach, and the place was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed, plus the beautiful rooftop pool. It was nice and quiet at night too, even though it was close to nightlife. The front desk was very helpful and accommodating with luggage storage and keys for all the guests. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We are so happy that we chose this property for our trip to South Beach. The location was perfect as everything seemed to be a short walk away. We loved the rooftop pool that we were able to use. Also, the (minimally needed) communication with the host was quick and always very helpful. We would definitely stay at this location for a future trip!

The location cannot be beat. Walked to everything we needed. You are ON Ocean Drive, a liquor store and Walgreen's across the street. Great restaurants and clubs within walking distance. The unit was PERFECT for 3 couples. Very clean and roomy. The property manager replied immediately with any concerns I had. I would definitely stay here again.

I reserved the property initially, was charged, then the reservation was canceled. Following the cancellation, the property owner solicited me by email to reserve the property again. After reserving the property again and receiving a confirmation, our reservation was canceled again about 4 days later. in the interim I had already purchased five plane tickets and was left holding the bag without accommodations in Miami as a result of these actions. The owner did not offer any explanation beyond an error showing that the property was available when it was not available. The owner also did not offer any sort of alternate solution. Overall this was a bad experience that just should have been handled better. In fairness, I did not have a chance to see the property in person so my ratings regarding cleanliness etc. were forced by the system in order to post this review. I hope others have better luck.

Location was right in the middle of everything all the night life and restaurants are in walking distance. Host had fantastic communication

The place was in prime location and was very clean. However many of the appliances within the place were not working anymore. Biggest issue was the deadbolt on the door to enter was broken. Therefore anyone could get into our place if they pushed on the door. Regardless the place was just at pictured and a fun time.

We stayed here for a bachelor trip, and this was an excellent property to stay at. There was plenty of space in the apartment and it was right next to Ocean Drive with beach access right across. The rooftop pool was also very nice. The property manager communicated very quickly. We enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this place for a large group looking to explore South Beach and be on the beach.

While the actual condo was clean, we had a lot of issues with the location. For one, it was VERY noisy. People were partying all night long with loud music, sirens everywhere and the smell of marijuana was a constant. Once the partiers went to bed around 5 am, we had about an hour before the building tenants decided to workout above us. So for the next two hours we heard dumbbells being dropped on the floor (our ceiling). This was such a disappointment let alone stressful and exhausting. While i anticipated an urban and 'free' environment, i did not anticipate a drug infested party zone that wouldn’t allow us to rest. If you want to smell/smoke pot, hear loud music and siren and party all night and day (in your tiny bikini) this is the place for you! If not, it's exhausting.

Great location, very clean, cute modern decor, everything was perfect. The house was stocked with all the necessities. The front desk had plenty of beach towels & ice for coolers. There was plenty of room for 6 to sleep comfortably and plenty of room for luggage in the closet. I will definitely be back next time I visit Miami.

Was easy to confirm . Pictures location accurate and in great location . Only difficulty was finding that the front desk is next door . Was easy to check out and they accommodated early check in .will stay again .

Clean. Great layout. Comfy beds. Firm living room pull out. Sufficient amount bath towels. Kitchen greatly stocked providing basic cooking tools. Kitchen stove was tricky but was still able to cook. The smell of the pizza in the hallway from front door to elevator was unreal and a little nasty lol. But very grateful the unit DID NOT smell like the hall/burnt plastic pizza. Enjoyed the gelato shop daily. Loved that Walgreens and liquor store are conveniently located across the street. Publix market is walkable distance (15-20 minutes) as we walked there and purchased our groceries, more toilet paper and other cooking tools like foil and disposable baking pans for the week. And Yes, beach is across the street. Our balcony didn’t have ocean view but our rooftop did! I’ve been to South beach Miami numerous times. Always staying on Ocean. I’m very familiar with the area and I knew exactly where we were staying. The unit is just how you see in photos. Windows are thick enough to sleep through the nightlife. And curtains were almost black out. Living room window facing out to building entrance doors could use curtain/blinds, So whoever is sleeping on living room couch pullout; could enjoy a dark(er) room for sleep. Ac works like a champ as long as you use it properly. Overall had a beautiful stay. Reza is amazing and was easy to reach out to and was available to respond back in a timely manner. Hotel staff was great as I went down every day to receive beach/pool towels. I would recommend this space, and I would come back. Thank You for sharing your space!

We had a great stay in the condo. The hotel staff associated with the condo are very nice and helpful. There are beach and pool towels and even umbrellas at the hotel for use. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in Miami.

Our family of 4 including 2 young teenage daughters stayed in unit 201 recently. Overall, we had a very positive experience. The building is on the corner of 5th Street and Ocean Drive. Excellent location. The entranceto Lummus Park is directly across the street. Lummus Park us a blast. Something is going on all of the time. The beach is beautiful as well. Great restaurants within walking distance as well. Do not bother renting a car. If it's too far for you to walk to other areas, such as the Lincoln Road Mall, just take a taxi. They are plentiful. The unit was very comfortable. Good living space, good beds. The bedrooms are on opposite Ends of the unit, which is a great layout. We LOVED the walk in closet in one if the bedrooms. Overall, great storage space. The only reasons I am not giving a full 5 stars are as follows: In fairness, no view was promised, nor was one expected., however the view from the balcony off the master bedroom is a bit dismal. Unfortunately there appears to have been a leak from the laundry (which, by the way is very convenient to have). The leak damaged the floors in that area of the condo. There is no wall decor to brighten up the place. Overall, the kitchen was great and fairly well equipped. The unit was very clean. The property manager was easy to deal with, and the cage in process was very easy. Roof pool not heated. I would recommend this property.

I cannot say enough great things about this property! We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was just perfect. We checked in two doors down in the hotel and the concierge was helpful and sweet. He made sure that all six members of our party had their own keys so we could get in and out without issue. He also made sure that we knew about the towel service and all of the amenities we could use- wifi, valet parking, pool, etc. The condo itself was also fantastic; the beds and feather pillows were extremely comfortable and the living area was very spacious and comfy. It was great to have our own fridge and ice maker for all of our pre-party needs and the kitchen was well stocked with all of amenities that anyone might need. Even though the condo was amazing it was outdone by the fantastic location. You are literally one block from the beach and two blocks from restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. I would definitely rent this property again.
