Very comfortable for 2 couples or a family of four. Irene was very helpful when the lift broke down and came to help us with the bags. Only trouble it is noisy at night. Busy area. In the morning when the gulls start cackling and the boats start it’s very noisy! But a very enjoyable stay nevertheless!

Very clean, comfortable and perfect location for our visit to Venice. Very easy access from the water taxi, no stairs to climb and right at the base of the Rialto bridge. Convenient location to excellent restaurants and sightseeing. If we come to Venice again, we will definitely stay here!

We really liked this apartment, clean, comfortable and great location

Had everything except for shampoo and conditioner. Hairblower didn’t work in bathroom and air conditioner was in the hallway not in bedroom. Also very very very loud to keep window open while we slept. Wasn’t good

The apartment was just as listed, great location easy to get to everywhere in Venice. Irene was super helpful with directions and helping book private taxi. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

We highly recommend staying here in Venice. The views from the windows were ideal capturing Venice life with the waterways and gondolas passing by. Stepping out of the appartement into the charming narrow streets with fragranced restaurants, stores, and lovely people. Here we experienced all the comforts of our home in the USA including a clean and fresh environment. Although we did not meet Irene & Francesca, we communicated well via WhatsApp. We had a lovely stay and thank you for all the recommendations!

Thought we were a little concerned about getting to the unit, having never been in Venice before, we found it fairly easlity to access. It is a bright, clean, and modern unit is well suited for two couples to stay in. The view of the water is terrific and the large kitchen and sitting area made it easy to get together before heading out to the city.

Fantastic apartment and great hosts. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms give everyone enough space for a comfortable stay. Could not ask for a better location. I watched other tourists pulling luggage down alleys, over bridges, up staircases….none of that with this apartment! It’s a very easy 4-5 minute walk from the vaporetto stop right next to the Rialto Bridge. And it has an elevator! No carrying bags upstairs! Irene and Francesca were great hosts. Easy communication. Francesca even sent screen shot photos of exactly how to find the apartment. It is very clean and an easy walk to the Rialto area and St. Mark’s Square.

Lovely apartment conveniently located in the heart of Venice. Our family had a wonderful stay. Irene and Francessca were so helpful and kindly arranged for transport to and from the airport and train station!

This property is great! It's been newly remodeled and everything is super clean. Our host Irene was friendly and very responsive to communication via WhatsApp. She met us when we came in on the boat and personally escorted us to the property and made sure we vere familiarized with everything. There was a comprehensive book on the kitchen table outlining all of the local amenities as well as local regulations, etc. We recommend highly!

We are two couples travel Italy which began in Venice. I booked this place in the Spring of 2022. It’s located in a convenient place in the city a short 4 min walk from Rialto Bridge. Our host gave us great instructions plus photos which made it so easy to find. It was as beautiful in person as online; we all loved it! Each couple had our own bedroom and bathroom giving us privacy. There were restaurants and stores close by. We especially enjoyed a little cafe less than minute from our door where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. Venice surprised us all and we want to return someday. Irene n Francesca are great. If you want to experience Venice this is the perfect location. Caio!

I traveled to Venice for the first time this month with my husband, his cousin & her husband. We arrived late in the evening & our amazing host, Irene, arranged for a water taxi to meet us at the airport & bring us directly to the Rialto Bridge. It was magical & worth every penny! Irene was in constant contact with us, met us at the bridge and led us through the streets & alleys to our home for 4 days. She even stayed to orient us with the apartment, review a Venice map with us & provide us with wonderful recommendations. The apartment was exactly as described! It was great to have 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms for our party. There was scaffolding outside the bedroom windows (common for Venice), but that didn’t make a big difference for us. The garbage boats each morning do make some noise, but we got used to this, also. Great, central location & great, comfortable apartment. We would definitely stay here again & can’t thank Irene enough for her kind expertise!

This apartment is amazing. It is in the heart of everything. The house managers were second to none. They arranged EVERYTHING for us. They even arranged a private boat tour of the city in the evening. It was absolutely magical. This was followed with a dinner at sunset. It ended with a trip to most amazing gelato and back to the apartment. I don't know if I'll ever have the opportunity to go back to this magical place but if I did this would be the place I would stay.

Irene was terrific. She met us at the boat and had food waiting for us. Irene also arranged for the private boat for us which was helpful. The apartment is modern with good wifi. The location is close to San Marco (lot's of tourist traffic) but really easy to get around the city. The bedrooms were clean and neat and identical. Also the bathrooms were identical. We would definitely return to this wonderful spot in Venice.
