Property was in a good location within walking distance of train station. It was only a short walk to grocery store. The decor in apt was simple but efficient. More instructions for the running of the TV would be helpful. The apt offered all that we could need: dishwasher, washing machine, nice large shower and good heating. Sadly the lift was not working when we arrived which proved to be challenging for three older ladies having to drag their luggage up to the second floor.

We had a lovely stay in Bath in the serene and quiet Boutique apartment. It was very clean and updated. The location was ideal for strolling around Bath.

First time ever giving a full five star review - beautiful space, ideal location, super responsive host, and everything you didn’t even know you’d need is provided. Bath is a gorgeous, interesting town, and this apt is spacious, ideally located with beautiful views.

Georgian house was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located a short walk from all we wanted to see and do!

The flat’s central location made it simple to get to from the train station and we could easily walk to everything we wanted to see and do in Bath. Also, there’s an excellent M&S about 250m away, so we mage good use of the kitchen and dining area.
The flat was generally clean and we had lots of space; however, the washing machine gasket was covered in mold, which we had to clean in order to run a load. The mold was because the machine had been left closed while wet and not maintained. Also, we had decided to wait until Bath to do some laundry, but not supplying laundry soap was inconvenient; especially given all the other thoughtful supplies like dishwasher tabs and nice toiletries.
The WiFi was really spotty and we had pretty poor connections on all our devices and the TVs were struggling to stream any content not that we use them much anyway, but it was a bit annoying at times.
Despite those few miner gripes, we enjoyed ourselves and the views of the river and hills were spectacular. We’d definitely recommend.

We had a mother/daughter get away here and loved the location for touring Bath. The flat had comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space to relax and a great view.

Apartment is in perfect location to access all that Bath has to offer. Could park car in nearby carpark and spent 2 days walking everywhere. Views of river were great and would definitely stay here again.

This beautiful, newly renovated property is perfectly situated, two blocks from the Abbey and Roman Baths. The residential building faces a pedestrian street. A well-lit staircase or a vintage elevator takes you to the door of the flat. Views from every window overlook the river. Two excellent restaurants, Sotto Sotto and Opa, (not overrun with tour groups) are half a block away.
This flat is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating. The kitchen is up-to-date as is the bath. The bedrooms are bright and comfortable with operable windows overlooking the river.
The owners anticipated everything you might need to make your stay pleasant. They communicated check-in instructions clearly. Do not hesitate to book this lovely flat.

Lovely, roomy apartment! Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Nicely furnished. Just a short walk to the town center, so a perfect location for us. Parking lot for our car was very close to the apartment. I highly recommend this place!

Stylish, spacious apartment in Georgian building
The description of the apartment in the listing was very accurate but we were still not prepared for just how lovely the apartment was. It has the high ceilings and elegance of a Georgian building but with all modern conveniences. It has wonderful views on to the river and to the wooded hills beyond, but is literally, an easy 5 minute walk from the railway station and very close to most of the other popular sights of Bath.

In the heart of Bath
Property was located perfectly in the heart of Bath; Updated, clean & nicely appointed . There are stairs which you must carry your luggage up & the beds were firm but I’d give the stay a grade A.

So pleased with our stay in Bath. The property is on a great side street with a pedestrianised road on one side and the river on the other. Just perfect.

Lovely views of the river and perfectly central. Biscuits and milk were here at check in which was thoughtful. The apartment is larger then it looked in the pictures and the bathroom and kitchen are clean and modern. I would not hesitate to stay here again 👍

Great location in Bath
Terrific location and easy access from transport. Couldn't find the lift until upstairs but it was not too daunting with bags. Views of the Avon River and bridge etcetera, outstanding. Well equipped kitchen and very appreciative of the milk and other provisions. Many thanks, highly recommend.

Great location
Light, spacious flat in a fantastic location. A few minutes' walk to the centre of Bath and yet beautifully quiet at night. It was clear some thought had gone into the welcome basket - really couldn't fault this place and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Flat in Bath with Great Location
We stayed here for two nights with five people and this was flat was wonderful and by far the best we stayed at while in England. The location is perfect for walking to everything in Bath and the views of the Avon River from the flat are beautiful. There are numerous great restaurants just steps from the flat (Yak Yeti Yak, Green Rocket, Sally Lunn's, etc.). Everything was quite clean and in great working condition. We had five people so we also used the pull out couch and my son said it was very comfortable. Also within walking distance of the train and bus station. All communication with the property manager was quickly responded to and check in was so easy. If in Bath again we would stay here in a heart beat.

Gorgeous property in fantastic location!
We concluded our visit to England with two nights in this beautiful flat. It was immaculate and well appointed in a convenient central location. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered gorgeous views of the river and hillside landscape. The beds were very comfortable, and there were fans to offer cool breezes during the warm weather. The bathroom is spotless and has a shower with terrific water pressure. The property is centrally located -- an easy walk from the train and bus stations, the town centre, and local attractions. Take a short walk to M&S Food Hall for groceries/wine and enjoy meals and snacks in the lovely flat. It truly felt like a home away from home. Lindsey was in easy contact and replied quickly to communications once we checked in. I highly recommend booking this property!

Prime location.
Lovely Georgian apartment literally on he doorstep of Roman Baths, Tourist info shop where you can book half day tour to Stone Henge, Bridge of River Avon that featured at end of film Led Miserables. Beautiful View from all windows of River Avon. We had a lovely two nights here. Lovely and clean, modern interior, and the owner was very helpful suggesting places to see on our stay and the nearest car park for our three day stay.

Beautiful Flat in great location
My daughter and I stayed here for several days and loved it. The flat was very comfortable, the view out the windows is beautiful and the kitchen is fully stocked. The location is great - very close to the main sights and only a few minutes from the M&S food hall

Fantastic base for exploring Bath
This appartment is beautifully situated for exploring Bath. The flat was lovely and quiet, with views of the river, but right in the heart of Bath. Would definitely recommend.

If you like neat, clean and convenient- this is the place!
And the views from the big windows are a charming view of the river and surrounding verdure. Everything is within walking distance. For our group of five it was ideal.

Couldn't have asked for more!
We had a one night stop over in Bath and couldn't have asked for a better location. We were within a block or two of the main tourist attractions as well as along the river.
The booking was handled efficiently, without any hiccups and the apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. we battled to find the bedding for the sleeper couch, but in hindsight, if we had read the guest manual, we would have found it easily enough. It certainly pays to read the manual :-)
Thank you, I battled to get my family to leave, they wanted to extend their stay.
