Location was perfect and the staff where more than happy to help , accommodating and a warm environment with a quirky record player in the room’s really put a smile on our face. Would definitely come back

The rooms are exquisitely decorated, with everything you need for your visit. Our dog also had a welcome pack that she thoroughly enjoyed. The spa was relaxing and inviting. Breakfast was lovely too.

the decor was lovely. it felt fresh and tasteful

we thought the staff in the restaurant at breakfast left some to be desired. The milk to my coffee was sour and instead of apologising, the waitress took it away and came back to say she had tasted it and it was fine. I felt questioned and insulted. I would never make such a thing up. I protested and she apologised but it certainly made me upset and ruined my breakfast. It is not nice to be told you had no right to protest about such a thing. It was very unpleasant for me

Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon. Breakfast was tasty, and the complimentary snack pantry was a nice surprise! It was situated on an absolutely beautiful and quiet street but still very close to the centre of town.

We were there during very hot weather, and with no air conditioning and the window only able to open a few inches, the room got a bit too warm.

Handy location so we could walk everywhere. Large room which suited my son and I including nice big bath. Pantry with drinks and snacks included in room rate. Quirky styling and friendly staff.

Old building so could hear people moving around sometimes and rooms got hot but fans provided and AC so all manageable. We travelled by train so bit longer walk from station but flat and manageable for us and not far to take a taxis.

The room was very comfortable. Lovely touches including the use of the 'pantry' and the radio that was on when I entered my room. Location is in an area that is quiet but in walking distance of great restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Breakfast was disappointing.

The location of the hotel in relation to everything we wanted to do in Bath was exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful and gave my partner and I ideas of where to go to enjoy everything Bath had to offer due to it being our first time visiting this location.

There was nothing about the property or location that we didn't like and we would very much advise friends and family to visit both Bath and specifically this hotel.

No aircon. Unable to open windows other than in the bathroom - and that only to a very limited extent. Window that did open had a view straight down the street so had to keep blinds closed or car drivers could see straight into our bathroom!!. No instructions and a very strange arrangement for control of room lighting.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely and the food superb. The hotel was only a 5 min walk from town which was ideal.

In honesty there was nothing I didn't like.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean, bed was also very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and very informative. Very nice breakfast with excellent service, did not use the restaurant fir evening meal. Location is very close to the city centre and a large underground carpark only a five minute walk away.

Exceptional property, staff were wonderful and the quirky decor definitely made it! Highly recommend and will definitely return, loved this place!

very charming, beautiful, has a lot of personality. staff is beyond excellent. special mention to ola and the manager at the restaurant at night. thoughtful people and property. the 24 hour pantry and location were a great great bonus.

no parking for my car, they have parking but it’s v v v limited. food in the restaurant wasn’t bad but could have been better.
