Loved the view and the location.

All those stairs but every where we have stayed has had stairs but 4 flights to get to the top. There is no parking.

beautiful, comfy, spacious, historic building in the heart of Bath’s tourist area. The view of this amazing city from roof top terrace was outstanding. The welcome pack with a variety of foods, milk, tea, coffee etc was a thoughtful touch. it had everything we needed for a city break.

Excellent facilities, plus nice touch with bread, milk and condiments.

Fantastic apartment very central, comfortable and had everything you need. Very clean and modern ...the roof terrace is a great extra as well (although we didn't use it much as it's winter!)

There's nothing not to like... there's a few flights of stairs which might not suit everyone and it can be noisy at night which you would expect in a city centre.

We loved this apartment!!! Extremely spacious, lots of comfortable seating, comfortable beds, fantastic shower and of course the incredible views!! Easy to access and very responsive host. There was a basket of breads, jams and cereals for breakfast. It is on a fairly busy road, but the slight noise wasn't a bother for us...it is near the centre of town after all. Would recommend this place and would definitely stay again. It was our favourite place to stay on our 6 week holiday.

the apartment is centrally located. It was very well appointed, immaculately clean and communication was fantastic. it was a shame it was rainy when we stayed, as the view from the terrace was amazing and it would have been fantastic to spend more time up there.

The whole property was amazing. The facilities and decor were excellent. The beds were comfy. A brilliant location, round the corner from the shops, not far from the Circus and Royal Crescent, near lots of eateries.

Very little. Needed a hand towel in the ground floor bathroom for general use. The cafetière needs replacing - it pours badly.

The apartment was close to the centre and within walking distance to the train station. It was modern, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely Recommend this property whether you were a group, couple or family.

Comfortable and clean property, amazing view from the roof, superb location and the owners could not have been more responsive and helpful.

There wasn’t shower gel, but apart from that everything was there and it exceeded my expectations

The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. The entire apartment was clean and comfortable and the owner left us everything we needed for a seemless stay (i.e. laundry detergent, cereal, bread, etc.). It was very thoughtful and accommodating.

The only downside was that it was that it was on the third floor (hence rooftop terrace) so it was a hassle getting luggage up to the apartment. Just be mindful of that when packing.

Safety Concern - potential fall from height for child, see picture. This point of Safety should be addressed regardless of buildings listed status. Rude and unhelpful Owner, who was passed inaccurate information from his own Manager. 'What the hell do you want me to do? ' Raising his voice and taking over me. We were left to fend for ourselves for bedding. Be aware Brett will offer no flexibility or help - according to him, there is no spare bedding. Brett will say that he asked what I wanted - but I have never experienced treatment like this before with Booking.com No Flexibility or Help -at all.
