The property is wonderful but I think it needs a good thorough cleaning. If you expect people to launder items, I would recommend paying close attention to the linens smell and cleanliness. I left the kitchen cleaner than when we got there. The floors need a deep clean as our granddaughter's feet were black from running around. We could not find any scissors. I loved this property and it made our weekend celebration great, I'm just sharing it needs a good cleaning. Thank you!

The house was great and worked perfectly for our staff retreat. Plenty of room and a nice neighborhood. Everything is exactly as noted in the listing.

This is obviously an investment property built in the 1970s with an owner who does not want to update or repair anything so everything throughout the house is dated / original. The list is long: old, dirty, original brown shag carpeting (with a laughable sign asking to remove shoes), worn threadbare bedding and towels, smelly pillows, crumbling particle-board vanities, broken tile, purple painted walls, broken down furniture, tile countertops / dirty grout. The only thing new were the uncomfortable foam mattresses (no one slept well), the laundry machines in the dank basement, and the thermostat - which was locked by owner with cryptic instructions so we couldn't change the temperature, which was a horrible, uncomfortable inconvenience on the hot nights. Instructions state to ONLY leave 5 star reviews. We chose this property because it was down the street from friends - which was its only good feature.

Always nice to be able to rent a house verses multiple hotel rooms! I loved how it had the bunk room and area in basement with ping pong and foosball.

Three moms and three basketball players stayed here for a weekend of basketball. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery store with easy access to main streets. The house could use more kitchen accessories (i.e. large bowls, baking dishes etc.) and the carpet needs replaced. The couch was very worn as well. The house was clean and spacious and the owner was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay in this home while visiting our college student at UNO! We greatly appreciated that our walkway was shoveled after fresh snow fell on our first night in Omaha! The large table and game room downstairs made "Forced Family Fun" easy and FUN!

After the first night, I woke up with a bunch of insect bites all over my body. After doing my research on the internet the pattern of the bites appeared to be bed bugs. I then pulled back to sheets to find a few of them crawling around in addition to their moltings. Th molting and moving insects were consistent to what I found online for being bed bugs. I did attempt to contact the owner but there were communication issues. After the weekend, we were able to get into contact. The owner at this point kept saying he was confused/surprised how it was possible that only one room was affected as I was the only one with bites. Believe me, I was confused too but that doesn’t change the fact that I had bites all over my body which progressed to blistering and swelling so much that I could not close my right fist. For attempting to alert him that he had a pest issue he definitely made me feel like I was making it up despite the fact that I sent him photos of this bites. I understand you cannot control all variables involved with hosting but the way in which the situation was handled was poor. Per the owner, pest control has been out to address the issue.

Only stayed a couple of nights. House was clean. We felt the furniture was second hand furniture. House was stocked well. Neighborhood was ok. Not a big fan of Omaha. Host took care of our needs.

The property was as advertised. Clean, good communication, plenty of room for multiple guests. Would recommend.

We had two adults and four kids and the house was just right for us. The bunk beds were a hit, so we’re the games in the basement. Comfortable and very close to target and restaurants.

The property worked out fine, for our family. Is centrally located and easy to get to anything you might need.

Couldn’t control the thermostat, there was mold in the coffee maker, there’s a loud, annoying sound when the lights are turned on in the bathrooms that cannot be turned off, the couches had zero support, and the tv kept losing connection when we tried watching a movie on prime video which was disappointing but otherwise it was a pleasant visit. Memory foam mattresses were nice and the ping pong table was fun. Couldn’t find the ball for the foosball table. Location was okay but there was noisy construction going on across the street. About 17 minutes away from Omaha zoo. Rooms and kitchen were nice. I appreciated the usb charging ports and garages. Check in process was easy.

The house is comfortable and very nice, great all around! Jeremy was responsive, polite and answered all of our questions, we even had a minor problem upon checking in that he was able to fix right away with no problem. Definitely recommend!

This property is absolutely amazing I would definitely corset perfect location quiet and clean neighborhood close to the interstate close to everything you need.

The property worked very well for our stay. We met another family and stayed for a couple of nights. The owner was very easy to communicate and work with. Beds very comfy and property was clean. Met all our expectations.

Eight of us—grandparents, parents and grandkids— had a great time. Four kids had a blast sharing the room with 3 bunk beds. Spent at least an hour each day playing ping pong. Thanks, Jeremy.

This was a great place for me, my husband, my siblings, and their spouses to stay and spend time together! There was enough space for us to eat meals and play games at the dining room table; each couple had their own bedroom; beds were quite comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We visit Omaha every year as a Christmas gift to our kids. We LOVED this house. There were 4 adults and 6 children and there was plenty of room for everyone! The location was great for everything we wanted to do (zoo, etc). Thank you!

We had a group of friends staying for a weekend away for some shopping and celebrating birthdays. Great location and spacious house. Perfect for what we needed it for!

Overall this place was a great setup for our families. We had 2 families stay with 7 kids in total, the bunk beds were great! The place had not been cleaned very well and I reached out to the owner right away, he offered to send someone out to "reclean" but we declined due to the coordination it would've taken with everyone. He mentioned that I was the 2nd person to complain...I hope he found a new company! There is 1 TV in the house, so unless you all agree on 1 thing to watch you might want to bring laptops or ipads(kindles) to watch other shows. Also, we didn't factor in that we needed to have all bedding/towels washed before we checked out and since both families drove in from out of state, it was a little bit of a cluster trying to get that done before we left at the crack of dawn. So, if you are coming in from out of state AND need to leave early (driving or flying) you might want to talk to the owner about other options. Other than that....check-in/check out was pretty flawless.

Property is in serious need of a deep cleaning. Upon Our arrival, I reread the Previous reviews to see if I had misread them. In no way is this place clean. Very run down! Strong smell of marijuana when you walk in! Will never return.

The property was as advertised and expected. Older home but clean and organized. Took a bit for the AC to catch up but it did cool off. Cable tv and tv’s in the bedroom would be my only suggestion. Otherwise, it was great.

My family and I needed this rental for the funeral of a beloved Aunt. This place was perfect for our needs. It was close to the airport and the funeral home and our extended family..

We stayed here for a small bachelor party. Plenty of space in the basement for a variety of social games. Beds were real nice. I’d recommend this place.

Property was very easy to find, clean and a great location. We had a great weekend going to a Husker game and enjoying the Old Market area.

Perfect location for our family wedding weekend between downtown, Happy Hollow Club and my family's home. Jeremy was an excellent communicator and extremely helpful to us with our special needs. The VRBO listing was confusing with two very different check-out times. Because we needed the later time due to a busy family wedding weekend, we asked for the later check-out time. Jeremy worked behind the scenes to make this happen for us (negotiating, I think with the new check-in group). Having the later check-out time took off a lot of stress for me, my husband, and our two daughters and their families. Because we had a lot of family wedding events that weekend, we didn't do any cooking, so I can't speak to the kitchen or how it was stocked. The price and space worked for us, an extended family of six adults and two young children. Jeremy, again, thank you!

Nice home! Very accommodating for our whole family. We enjoyed having a patio too.
