We had a wonderful stay at this location. We had 22 people and felt like we had room to spare. Great location just a couple blocks from plenty of dining in Old Town.

We loved this neighborhood and the condo was perfectly situated for us to. take the train or bus wherever we wanted. Great restaurants in the area and very safe walking. We walked to the Mag Mile & the beach. The condo has LOTS of room. It was plenty big enough to hold our family group of 15

Celebrated a Bachelorette with prior approval from host. It was a great space and worked perfectly for our group. I only wish that front and back units were connected (from the inside), but it still worked out either ways. Enjoyed the leg workout climbing up and down the stairs. Garage parking was a plus. Overall, very pleased with everything.

The compound is fabulous! Communication was superb, access to downtown by car and train is exceptional. We had a flawless stay!

We had a large group of 29 people. The space worked well if everyone is OK sharing queen-size beds. The host was very responsive.

We had a group of 30 stay across the two houses. They were very clean, adequately equipped and incredibly spacious for our group. Would definitely recommend Inna's property for any group large or small.

It isn't easy to find a VRBO (or otherwise) for large groups. I am a Monessori Jr. High teacher and I travel with my students twice a year for week-long city trips. We have stayed in a LOT of VRBOs and otherwise over the years with mixed results. This Old Town rental was among the very nicest we have stayed at and with among the best service and communication. The place was clean, the amenities were high quality (including and especially the kitchen and bathrooms). We were so pleased with our entire experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location for a large group

Cold temps didn’t deter us, house was toasty and quiet. No concerns at all about the nearby train. Front of the house sleeps a lot and the lower level was perfect for our hang out spot. Back of house has a nice kitchen and great patio that would be ideal in the summer. Also sleeps many, not as updated as the front but a quiet spot with easy access through the exterior doors. Available on-site garage parking for 2 cars helped so much and Inna was very responsive and accommodating throughout the process before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect for our recent trip in for the Bears game. We had guys from all over the country and the house made it easy for us to congregate and catch up! The location is a short walk to the train and can access anywhere in the city from there. The ease of the check in/check out process could not have been simpler. We will definitely be renting this house again on future trips!

Wonderful Stay
Host was extremely flexible, allowing us to add a night on the front of our trip even though it meant losing a potential stay just prior, which was unbelievably kind. House was comfortable, large, and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommended.

Family trip 2019
We had 7 families with a total of 20 people. The front house was really airy and updated. The back house could have used a larger tv. Patio was wonderful. We did have construction going on next door that literally shook the houses but thankfully after 2 days settled down. Loved the location for the El and Subway as well as shopping. Inna was really receptive to all our needs. Parking is really the issue in Chicago. Glad we visited but happy to be home.

Perfect for our group!
Inna's house was spacious and provided the space/atmosphere we needed for our big group! It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! It was in an ideal location as well. Safe neighborhood and very close to the center of the city! Everyone in the group enjoyed the stay! Will look forward to renting it again if everything works out. :) Thank you, Inna!
