The location is near with restaurant and easy to get parking... but the customer service and hospitality is very worst!. Not recommend to stay with family...

Bring my family to stay because of water distrubtion. But we face with bad expirence with all the services. Airconditional they not service earlier... Then they let the technician to fix without change our room... bilik sgt panas, very sloW customer service (cs) & HOSPITALITY.. after 3 hours complain, kami request utk tukar bilik sebab aircond rosak, cs still wont process our request. Kami request tukar bilik dan willing to pay for extra charge but still tak dapat. Bygkan you stay with your little one dgn bilik yg kedap dan tak selesa... (BILIK WITH WINDOW) my baby start meragam masih nak tunggu 'senior 20 years technician' to order aircond not function sdgkan org tu bgtau kena service aircond dan topup gas dan mcm² lagi ... 3 jam weh berpanas.... cs boleh bgtau dah jual last family room yg kami request pada customer lain??? Customer walk in bukan advance booking!!! After my husband dah naik angin, baru cs nak call manager and manager baru nak bg upgrade bilik for free... dia igt kami hadap sgt free upgrade!!! Cs baru terhegeh bgtau saya boleh buka bilik lain kalau puan nak... kami stay macam² star hotel n budget hotel... but this is worst expirence and customer service. And the manager Aishah promise to process n issue our refund in one week as per request but still after till today masih belum refund. And hotel no lift, walau datang with family, they still give you paling tinggi punya bilik... the worst budget hotel.... -Zawani-

It is nice , have access to youtube and netflix using own account and some other channel , the facilities is nice hair dryer and iron is prepared. The bed is clean and it is enough for us to sleep.

It is literally beside lrt so its kinda sound polution , and there is no lift my fault for not checking in early.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, easy to check in also, really understanding.

Pipe are broken, dryer are broken.

The room shown does not correspond at all to the room I booked and paid for in advance So I refused the check in the hotel

The room I booked and paid for is not the room I was offered the day I arrived at the hotel And I felt that booking .com had deceived me
