Lovely peaceful, quiet flat, close to sea and town centre. Had everything you could need and more. Would highly recommend it.

Ideal base for our short break family visit to relatives in nearby Holland On Sea. Clean, comfortable, spacious, everything you could need provided, great TV, parking, not to far from both the sea front and town centre, provides everything as advertised.

We had a lovely stay despite some variable weather. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We will return!

Even though we arrived late Philip was there to meet us.
A splendid host who made us feel at home straight away.
The location was perfect for us to visit old friends and family.
The maisonnette has everything you need and was very neat and tidy.

Great location, close to the beach. Flat was well equipped. The only downside was the matress on the double bed dipped in the middle

Communication with the host (Philip) was great. We got all the information up front, using the property guide provided and asking extra questions. He also gave us some extra tips. The guide probably mentions everything one could imagine and the property is exactly as described. It's quiet and comfy, perfect for a seaside holiday. It's close to the sea and we were really happy with the stay.

A property that suited us very well as it accommodated our son, daughter in law and grandson who joined us for 2 nights. Would have been rather cramped if it had been for longer or if weather had not been so perfect.

Great property, higher spec than normal, fantastic location in the hidden part of Frinton on Sea great location. Philip and Alison have made it home from home and nothing is too much trouble! Highly recommended and will most defiantly be back 👍

Property was perfect for us. Had everything you could need - like a home from home but by the sea.
Seafront was 5 minute walk away. Maisonette was cozy and warm and very big TV and Netflix. Perfect

A really well-equipped apartment with an enclosed garden, within easy walking distance of The Leas/High Wall, and Connaught Avenue shops. We had a really lovely time and Philip was a brilliant host.
