No in phone or service is not good

The location and the view.

Even though we did the check in late we still got the property and it was dirty and messy since they had till 4pm to prepare and we called them again to send someone to clean. The stuff behavior they were rude with us, the security was searching in our luggages in the middle of the corridor and the valet guy who forgot about my luggage in the car for 1 hour while i called the reception several times to check and they are not answering.

It’s a penthouse??, No. it should be called serviced apartments. Because the service is very slow , one hour to 1:30 hours to receive any thing in room dining. The cleaning is offered once daily and must be arranged. There is no phone!!! To order You use your phone to order food and anything!! There is over 10 BOSE SPEAKERS, really are stunning if they all work !!! Sadly only three worked. The entrance and getting the keys was difficult at the start due to huge place and it’s being privately rented. The view is stunning. However, service and in room dining for a penthouse is not acceptable. If only a private butler or a dedicated person available , this would be the best ever spot in Dubai... Hope my comments are resolved for future stays,,

Staff were very mean Very crowded and the staff didn’t give attention Plus I booked a suite and they located me on first floor facing the taxi rack stand I couldn’t even sit in my own suite balcony

Mr Adam is an exceptional host, I highly recommend this place

Could use a bit more ammenities like tissue boxes, cotton slippers, dental kit, toaster, etc.

Adam is a great host, always on call and ready to help.
