We decided to have a staycation in Branson before school started. This house was perfect for us. Perfect location, close to all activities! Quiet neighborhood. So glad I found this house!

House was nice. The pillows in the bedrooms need to be replaced badly. The coffee pot could also be updated so that it doesn't take 30 minutes to brew a pot of coffee. Basic cooking utensils in the kitchen such as a spatula would be nice for cooking eggs for breakfast.

This home was beautiful and located very close to all of the attractions we went to. If and when I go back to Branson I will first check to see if this home is available. I would rate our stay a 10/10

We had a very nice stay. We found out this place was close to all the events.
Neighbors are very friendly.
Only a couple little things we wished for. Pepper shaker was empty, some paper plates and napkins would be nice,I did bring my own.
I do wish Branso would recycle.

Our family of 5 stayed here in our long weekend at Branson. The location was amazing. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is very nice to be able to pull into the garage. We would definitely come back!

It was a good house for the 3 of us, just beware the driveway is a little steep, but you do have access to the garage.

Every facet exceeded our expectations. The home was spacious, with plenty of countertop space in the kitchen and bathrooms. Every corner was spotless and sparking. The master bedroom was very large, with a huge walk-in closet. The kitchen cupboard was even stocked with coffee and some spices, and there were plenty of saucepans and skillets to prepare our meals.
The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet.
We hope to be able to stay here next time we're in Branson.

We stayed several nights at the villa. The location was great for easy access to the strip and attractions. The home was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well considering the outside temperature was in the upper 90s. The manager was excellent to work with and very responsive. The only drawback was the steep incline to the driveway. I had read about it in other reviews that the driveway was steep but didn't realize how steep until we stayed however many of the roads, and other driveways in the area are steep too. Just took a little to get used to.

Amazing location, close to everything in Branson! Very clean, and comfy. A few minor issues here and there, but nothing that would make me look elsewhere. We would definitely stay here again!

Our rental was awesome! The owner was very response and super easy to work with! Her place was stunning and perfectly sized for our family of 5! Great location and easy access to all the great attractions of Branson! We will definitely be back!

This is a very nice duplex with all the necessities. I would have given our stay a 5-star. Unfortunately, this is listed as a pet, tobacco-free environment, but my allergies suggested otherwise. The only room that affected my allergies was the living room. The rest of the home didn't bother me, so I suspect that cat dander and maybe tobacco residue are in the area rug in that room. I don't know if that is from the owners, a former occupant, or possibly a used rug purchase. Until that rug or the source of the problem is determined and addressed, I would recommend caution to anyone with allergies, especially cats. If I knew the problem was taken care of, our family would stay there again.

This location was perfect for kayaking down Lake Taneycomo and boating from Indian Pointe marina. Garage keypad wasn’t working so we just had to hit it manually each time. Make note of steep driveway, but nice to have a garage.

It is advertised as a home but it is actually a villa has a neighbor attached to the home. Though there were no issues with the neighbor. I had to cover the barbecue grill with aluminum foil as it was Rusty. Whole bath drain was clogged but plunged it and it seemed to work after that. Overall very nice.

This property is in a great location to all attractions in Branson. We even drop to Springfield one dy ay and had easy access to and from the highways.
Very comfortable and quiet area. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a very nice duplex with plenty of room and all the necessities. I would have given our stay a five star but, unfortunately, my allergies flared up every time I sat in the living room. I had no problems in the other areas of the home, so I suspect cat dander and or tobacco residue in the area rug in that room. I don't know if that is from the owners or a previous occupant, or if maybe a used rug, but it was an issue. Since this is labeled as a pet and smoke-free environment, maybe the owners will replace the rug. Until then, this is a caution to anyone with those allergies, especially cats. We go to Branson regularly and I would stay again if I knew this problem was addressed.
