The only problem was with the heat staying on. It went off on the middle of the night and we were freezing. Other than that everything was very nice and confortable.

Every was perfect until I am ready to go, I received a different address from the one I saw on line, wasn't happy about the change. Overall the stay was excellent, the house was very inviting and cozy..

The property was awesome and the area was very nice...was super easy to get downtown by bus and go and check out Belfast without having to drive...I would highly recommend staying at this property...met the owners niece and father when we arrived...made us feel so welcome...there everything you could possibly need for your home away from home...

The location was a great place to spend our anniversary. Everything was as described and great directions and information was provided for local shops and markets. We really enjoyed staying here and even walked into the city for the day

Wonderful home for our stay in Belfast, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed.

It’s really small but worked fine for four adults. Absolutely as promised. Good WiFi, good tv (not that we used it much), well equipped kitchen. Only problem is that the only bathroom is on upper floor.. But that is how these row houses are designed.

What a lovely place to stay! Having a lock box with our door key in it made everything so easy. Everything was clean and we had more than enough dishes and towels to use. There were piles of outlet adapters to use which was a nice extra touch. I was a little worried about having enough room to park on the street but there were plenty of spaces every night. Overall, I would recommend this cute place to anyone spending a few days in Belfast. It was perfect for doing day trips around the area. I felt like we were close to everything.

Our family of 3 adults were quite comfortable during our stay in this cozy home in Belfast. Everything that we needed was there with shopping close by. There was parking right in front and a short taxi ride to downtown when needed. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed for a long weekend the house had everything we needed and was just as described. Never been to Belfast before loved it there lots to do and see and the people are very friendly. Dorothy was quick to respond when we had any questions which made planning our trip easy. All in all a great place, I’ve no doubt we’ll be back in the future

This property was clean, well stocked, parking out front, free, W&D, convenient store with in walking distance, hop on hop off bus close. Dorothy was great to work with prior, during and after. She answered all of our questions. The last night the tenant next door was noisy keeping us from getting a good nights sleep. Not Dorothy’s issue. We did call her to let her know about this and our displeasure with that tenant. Dorothy expressed sorrow for us having to endure this and she immediately addressed this with the tenant. Dorothy was also kind and refunded us some of our monies back. I would highly recommend staying here and working with Dorothy.

We arrived to find our accommodations very cozy, and yet spacious. Very tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the curtains were perfect for blocking out the early morning sun. We really enjoyed lounging in the evening on the comfortable couch. We arrived on a Culteral weekend, it was fun to go to the Cathedral Center for a nice, but chilly, evening out. We wanted to hire a Black Cab tour of the north, but found out you have to do so weeks before you arrive. So we opted for a Hop On Hop Off tour of the city. Very informative. Our stay in Belfast was brief, but we had a nice time.

Highly recommended. Great communication and in good spot for a bas to explore northern Ireland.

I loved this property, it was just like being home with its coziness and everything you needed. In our 10 day stay in Ireland this was my favorite.

Your home is adorable and very comfortable. It fits the 4 of us perfectly. Your back garden is delightful and beckoned us to sit and relax after our tiring day of exploring Belfast. Thank you for the loaf of Belfast Bap bread, butter, milk and cheese. It was a great surprise and made us feel welcome from the minute we walked through your door. If we are ever again in Belfast, we would definitely return to your lovely home.

This is an ideal base for travelling / exploring Northern Ireland. Cosy, welcoming accommodation and people. Although not in a picturesque area as one would image all holiday lets are, the reality is that it is in a quiet street with ample parking (right by the front gate whilst we were here) and shops close by for take away food and groceries. Staying for 5 nights, we settled into this comfortable property very quickly and enjoyed it's thoughtful amenities supplied with the house. We were put at our ease right from the first greeting from Kathleen who showed us where everything was and enjoyed our stay.

Walking into the house on a cold evening was like walking into a nice big cuddle, we had a lovely but much to short stay.

This lovely house is so perfect for anyone looking to have a stay in Belfast. It is packed with everything you could wish and goes way beyound your expectations. Its a quiet street and has local shops, and food outlets within minutes walking distance. The city centre isnt far about 10 mins in a car but is also walkable. I would have no hesitations in either recommending this home or staying again....Just book it you really wont be disappointed.x
