交通非常的便利。
在大中华商圈、楼下就是深圳之眼地铁站，距离卓越中心也是几步路的距离…
清洁人员非常的nice，热情细心，房间每天都被打扫的十分整洁干净。
房间的装修太陈旧了，设备也都是很落后的。
房间的有一股霉味，无法消除，十分潮湿。

The descriptions on this post is sadly only 50% correct : 1st, it is not close to the Convention Centre as portrayed. About 1km away. 2nd, the metro at front door is "Gangxia North", not Convention Centre. This is not said in anywhere. It took us 45mins to figure this out. 3rd, the Shopping Mall next door is a "Furniture" mall. Nothing to shop there. Finally, facilities are okay but obviously built 20 years ago and is a bit dated. Overall, it is not a bad stay the room is large and comfy but the cost-benefits is just so-so and for this price you can find better hotels and locations. Just felt cheated by the description.

Pillows were too soft. There should be better coffee and Chinese tea. Overall, the room is very comfortable, good lighting and shower facilities, good window view.

COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS ROOM
I AM WONDERING WHY GUEST CAN SMOKE INSIDE THEIR ROOM AND OPEN DOOR LET THE SMOKE GOES OUT THE CORRIDOR AND FLOW INTO OTHER ROOMS. EVENTHOUGH WE CLOSED OUR ROOM BUT STILL CAN SMELL THE SMOKE AND FLOW FROM THE AIRCON. WHICH MAKES US UNPLEASANT TO SLEEP AT NIGHT.

Location was great, it was a short 5 minutes walk to one of the biggest mall in Shenzhen. Aside from that, the water pressure for shower is also up to standard, spacious room and love having the sound system in the washroom as well.
I would've preferred if there's a proper storage room for our baggage that we needed to leave for the concierge for care. Our luggages were put next to the door which felt unsafe.

GYM center - they having the light renovation during the morning when people doing the gym, and the dust is all around the air, and feel un-comfort.

Nothing really good, like a budget hotel way overpriced
Staff not trained, unfriendly, don't smile, don't greet guests.
Breakfast not good, food dry, old, not much options.
Location middle of nowhere, massive highway right outside the hotel.
Booked 4 nights, left after the first night as it was so bad.
Really overpriced, rooms at this hotel should be 200RMB maximum for what you're getting not 1000RMB+

noisy construction outside. pool is not sexy at all and impose the swim cap room is a bit boring .

The pool was ok.
The breakfast was poor, not much choice of European food. Stomach problems after drinking fresh juices. The hotel doesn’t look so fresh and new. The facilities and interior do really look like old and worn out. You have 2 options for the room view: China town view and city view with construction work soundings.
