We stayed for four nights and wished it was longer. The location was amazing and the place is clean, comfortable and great for a small group of people. We will be back!

The apartment was just as described and in an amazing location. Used it for both remote work and vacation and it was exactly what we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The location was PERFECT - the condo was beautifully decorated and immaculate and had all of the amenities that we needed. Giulio checked in on us regularly and Georgina was very helpful our entire stay - so flexible and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we visit SoBe. Thank you for making our vacation such a pleasure - we felt like we were in paradise for an entire week.

Perfect property to stay at in South Beach

We traveled to Miami Beach for some work and shopping. The location of the condo is excellent. There are restaurants, shopping, the beach and grocery within 5 minutes walking distance. The unit was clean and comfortable and had amazing views of the ocean. Georgina was so helpful and sweet. We will always stay here when we visit. Thank you so much!

When you book a vacation spot you're always a little worried that it won't live up to the photos, but this apartment did not disappoint. Despite a minor incident in the unit next door, Georgina made sure the accommodations were clean and ready by checkin. Giulio was very nice and I appreciated him letting me know what happened and reassuring me that his unit was free and clear. I loved that the location was right on Ocean Bld in the heart of all the action and walking distance to everything. I also loved all the amenities in the apartment. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Miami. Thanks for everything Giulio and Georgina.

We stayed at this property for a girls weekend and were not disappointed! The location was perfect , the property was great and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Having super easy access to the beach and the path running all along it was awesome! What a great way to start the day with a walk along the path! Highly recommend this property!!!

Clean, amazing apartment in center is south beach

Giulio was easy to work with as was his wonderful housekeeper Georgina. The property was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and we could not have asked for a better location! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting the perfect place in Miami Beach to call home, whether for a few days or a few weeks!

My girlfriend’s and I visited Miami for a long weekend. The property was clean, spacious, in a perfect location and had all the amenities we needed. We had great views, a two minute walk to the beach and access to many, many great restaurants. The owner was proactive with communications, and Georgina, who met us at check-in, was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

The property was clean and well located on the South Beach strip. I thought the property actually was slightly larger than the pictures indicated. The building and the residents, at the time we stayed, were quiet. The restaurant downstairs did have some music but we found it to be minor not a significant annoyance. We had a vehicle and parked in the gated lot - it worked very well. I would definitely recommend this property if you are interested in the South Beach / Miami beach neighborhood.

My husband and I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at many beautiful properties. This property is definitely in our top 10 list. The owner, Giulio and his housekeeper, Georgina, are first class. The property is tastefully decorated giving it a warm and inviting feel. There is plenty of room to have individual space as well as a common area to gather for social time. The property is well maintained and extremely clean. Giulio went out of his way to ensure that we were pleased with our accommodations. As an extra level of hospitality, he even provided a nice chilled bottle of wine to celebrate our stay at South Beach. We would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it for anyone else. Thank you Giulio!

We had a wonderful time at the Netherlands. The apartment was well appointed, spacious, and the location was perfect. No noise from the street was heard and we had a fun and restful stay. We hope to return again.

Everything was great...the very roomy and elegant 2-level suite, cleanliness very good, communications with Giulio and Georgina, amazing location, secure parking, building security, full size washer/dryer, quiet bedrooms despite being right on Ocean Blvd (front rooms a little noisy in the evening/night but didn't bother us...family of 5 with 3 small children). We could have used soap, shampoo and paper towels and there was a funny odor in one of the bedrooms that we concluded was coming from one of the floor lamps. THANK YOU.

My girlfriend and I have stayed in South Beach several times in the past, usually in February. This year our plans got pushed to March, but it coincided with the Miami Open, which was great. We booked a place on Ocean Dr not realizing it was the peak of spring break. We're not the type to hit South Beach for the clubs and parties so we were a little worried when we realized our apartment was on top of a bar/nightclub with a DJ. So the apartment is just beautiful, extremely well appointed, comfortable beds, nice kitchen for cooking and a great view for sunrises or eating while looking out at the ocean. Right in the heart of Ocean Dr, you're an easy walk to anywhere and a short Lyft to downtown Miami. Pretty ideal, just like it looks in the pictures and description. I emailed Giulio, the owner about the potential for noise and he was prompt and assured us the master bedroom is quiet. Turns out he was right, the bar downstairs was a little noisy til about 10 pm if you were in the living room, but the bedroom was quiet and comfortable. We slept well, had a great time at the tennis tournament and ate a ton of great food. I might not choose peak of spring break again but I would definitely stay here again.

We were in Miami beach for a trade show at the Miami convention center and booked R5F in the Netherlands building. We were very pleased with the Condo. It's clean, neat, the beds were very good quality, the view is exceptional, the cable tv worked properly with a nice big flat screen tv. The building itself is a cool, art deco type, building, very well taken care of. There is a person in the lobby at all times so its also safe. In the main level of the building there is a bar/restaurant that also serves breakfast. There is also an evening bar on the main level which we didnt check out. If your in the living area of the condo you can hear some of the music from these 2 bars but for the most part it was background noise at best. The bedrooms are away from the front of the building so once in there i couldn't hear the music from the street. The building is in an awesome location. The beach is just across the street, and restaurants and bars are up and down ocean drive. For the price we paid this was hands down the best value out there and we would not hesitate staying here again. Giulio you've got a great place here! Thank You! Cliff

Coming to South Beach with teenagers? Perfect layout. They can slip in and out without waking you up. Comfortable. Nicely equipped. Good view.
